The other day I handed out my AWOL/Leave policy.  Here is a recap:  Leave notices must be submitted to me via email and noted by you on your Tie Corps profile.  I don't do AWOL checks.  I will do my best to provide leadership and give us all fun things to do.  If I do not get any activity from you for a period of 30 days then you will be AWOLed.  This is standard Tie Corps policy.  You will get one warning.  That is my own policy.  Also Flight Leaders must show some kind of activity (other than just email/chat) once every 7 days or you will lose your FL spot to somebody more active.  (currently none of our FLs are in any danger of this).  Being on leave is not considered inactivity and will not count against you.  However, if you must go on leave for a period of more than thirty days you should request to be sent to the reserves.  These are my policies.  Now that they have been explained, I will never speak of them here again, unless I make changes.  The policy will be posted on the Hornet website once it is fully operational.  Sorry to report on such an unpleasant topic, but I gotta get the ground rules out of the way.  :)

It's been another slow week for us, which is fine.  Just about all of us have been wrapped up in RL stuff this week.  I still say we deserve the break!  Next month though, we're going to re-emerge as the force on the Van to be reckoned with.  Make sure all your fighters are in top shape!  All I ask from you this week is that you give the ASF Run On your best shot (see the link above), and maybe get out there on the Zone and meet people who can become your future squadmates.
