Commander's Thoughts
Only a few days left in the old SCV competition boys. There are lots of good medals to be had so lets give it all we have here at the end so we can place fairly high. We are ranked 4th right now but id like to see us take over that 3rd position. Like I said there are approximately 10 days left in this comp so lets everybody pull hard and fly fly fly!!!

I can't believe it's Thursday again already!  That just goes to show you how quickly the remaining time for SCV is running out.  Soon we will all have a nice break, but not yet!  :)
 
 There isn't really much more I can say that I didn't cover yesterday, so I will just repeat the battle assignments.  Also I have more where these came from so I will re-assign as necessary.  These are just the bare minimums.  If we don't get these battles flown it will be a waste, because only one of us needs to complete them.  Good luck!

Squadron News:
-We now have 26 citations which is great increase for the week.  And for all the newer guys in the squad, we gain a citation for just about every battle you fly and I would love to see us break twenty again by next week so lets all fly a battle or two. --Our  XO Jer Stryker has issued assignments for the  week so do everything you can to do what he gives ya.
-The new Hornet messageboard is up and running and I have yet to see very many of our people posting to it so go check it out and lets hear you.  We have a brand new runon up on the message board so stop by and post to it and do be creative.
-Any member of this team that has 0 points comes the end of the comp will be officially Awol'd without delay.  It only takes a minute to do something of point value so I expect something from everybody.  Dont hinder the TEAM, be a part of it!!! 

Wing/Ship News:
-The Vanguard has fallen behind and there is very little time left but who ever said underdogs couldnt win. I challenge ever member of the Vanguard to get off their rearends and fly for the glory of the greatest ship in the fleet.  So this is a general call to all hands on deck, get out there and fly and make her the rightful flagship of the ASF.
