Congrats to LCM Atmos and CPT Hermann, both 1st and 2nd in lst round of TG. Both rankings are almost the same, but our distance in the squad rankings has increased. Good work gentlemen!
Fly TIE-FREE #211 for Top Gun Comp before February 14th. Also fly TIE-DB # 11 for TG and for Wing VS Wing Competition. Rumors from Wing IV said that they are going to eat us for breakfast, are you going to let them?
MAJ Keiran resigned from Commander of Pi due to RL issues and requested transfer to RSV. Good luck!

Squadron News
Eta Post-Xmas comp ended with a nice and rounded zero in submisions. Guess you don't like graphic comps.
I won't be very accesible this week, some real life issues will attrack my attention and probably I'll have to trip to another city for 2 or 3 days. If this happens, I'll let you know. Till then, proceed as usually.
I'll get the website updates done later today. If someone want to take care about website updating on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, drop me a line. ( Another way of activity. Hint! Hint! )

Standing Orders
1.1 I expect all FMs to contact their Flight Leaders at least once a week, either by email, ICQ or IRC etc.
2. I expect everyone to participate in all competitions, except when there is a clash with important RL events, i.e. exams, illness etc.
3. I want everyone to fly at least one battle or two free missions a week, alternatively you can create graphics, write fiction or create missions as long as the effort is the same as flying a battle or mission. Competition TFRs count as double, so you only need to fly one free mission if it's for a comp.
4. Flight Leaders - You will report to me at the end of each week detailing which of members of their flight have or haven't reported in. Also, you will pass on to me any TFRs, fiction, graphics etc. you receive from your pilots.
5. Flight Leaders - You are expected to be an example to your flight members and should typify what they are trying to become. I expect regular contact from you and input into how the squadron should be run and any changes that could be made for the better.
6. Every month, position of Flight Leader will be open to the most active pilot within the Flight Group, thus giving the opportunity to new pilots to show their skills and effort, and pushing current FLs to be an icon of excellence for the officers under their command.
