I hereby submit the Wraith Squadron report for January 31, 2003.
Squadron News:
- The month has come to a close and Wraith managed to field three submissions for the CJ, unfortunately, two of those were mine. Thanks Sceth for flying the TIE battle! This is a big comp guys, and we need to get involved in upholding the honor of our wing. I know Saber can't fly, but I want to see submissions from everyone else next month!
- The TC database does a pretty good job of keeping me informed, but if you do something, know that I won't know about it unless I get an e-mail. So, if you fly some MP battles in #ehcoc, but lose them all, e-mail me with a link to the competition, because I can award ATF points and consider that during MSEs. Same thing goes if you do a fiction or graphic for the newsletter, it needs to find my inbox so I don't forget about it!
- This squad is not in a good way right now, and that needs to change. I have six pilots under my command and I have only heard from 3 of you, I want to hear from the other 3 this week, I e-mailed you personally, so just hit reply, it's not hard.
- We have a mailing list at wraithsqd@yahoogroups.com. I'd like to see everyone get to know each other, so send your favorite joke or something =). I'll try to get some stuff on that soon, Khaen is on the list, so obey the CoCs and AoWs, but feel free to innundate our favorite WC (Sceth, this is a good oppurtunity man, take it!)
- I will draw up some Standing Orders for the squad this week, so you all know what I expect, look for those on the new site and over the mailing list. Also, right now I want to focus on getting the seven of us active and happy, but also watch out for recruiting oppurtunities, don't let them pass by! If you know someone who might be interested, but don't have the time to help them out, send them to me or someone else in the squad, the more people we have here, the more fun this can be!
