Introduction

Welcome to the 50th edition of the Daleth Squadron Report.Well this week we've
got a new Squadron Citation for XWA battle #8 , just fly XWA battle #9 and we
will get all available TC-XWA Squadron Citations.

-Daleth Squadron got a Squadron Citation for XWA battle# 8 - well done!
-LCM Ranger completed the following battles and missions: FXWA # 7 , XWA battles
# 5,6,8 , FTies # 22,23,,24,25,26,27,28,29,30 and Tie battle #2 , well done!
-MAJ Daniel Kamprath completed FXWAs #11,16,17,18,19 , XWA battle #9 IW XWA
battles # 25,26 and XvT battles #5,6(waiting to be approved).

Another issue of the TC Newsletter, Battlecry, has been released. It is
now up to issue 7, and you can download it or view it online at
http://battlecry.ehnet.org.
It has previews of upcoming SW games, submissions from members, a
program for Access that manages competitions, and loads of funny IRC
conversations!

Recently Bart Klepka released one of his game music remixes for TIE
Fighter in MP3 format. "Imperial Fighter (Reinforcement Mix)" has a rather
mellow and smooth new age feel to it and it's worth checking out!

-Mission Design Tip - SA Kawolski [absurefire@aol.com]
TIE Fighter, X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, X-Wing Alliance - If you have a
ship or platform that needs be captured or boarded, have the boarding craft
fly up to the target using the "Fly Loop" order then use a "Capture/Board"
order. This is especially useful when the target is 2 or more klicks away. A
boarding craft flying up to the target under the "Capture/Board" order will
only move at a fraction of the max speed, even if you have the speed set
at 100%. If you need the craft to take a long time for the purpose of mission
difficulty, increase the length of boarding time, not the distance for the
boarding craft to reach its target.
