Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been spending a lot of time putting data into spreadsheets to revamp the evaluation process. Last Sunday I felt like I’d delayed the Hammer’s evaluation more than I should have, so I skipped my report and kept working on those. I was intending to circle back to it later in the week, but I had the Warrior’s evaluation to work on as well and the report just never happened. Fortunately, we’ve got the new process up and running and it should streamline our evaluations quite a bit, so I shouldn’t need to put other tasks aside next time. With that, the March evaluation is almost complete. The TCCOM has added his comments for almost everyone, so we’re moving into the award and promotion phase. Look for those soon! A word about Episode IX: There’s a teaser trailer out for it and I’m sure we’ll hear more and more about it as we get closer to its release date on December 20th. If you’d like to chat about it, I strongly encourage you not to do that here on the mailing list as not everybody on the list wants to go into a movie, even a Star Wars movie, with a lot of prior knowledge about what to expect. We’ve got a group in Telegram set aside just for talking about the upcoming movie, let me know if you’d like an invite to it. If there’s demand, we can also create a similar group on Discord pretty easily. The Trivia Grand Tour is in its tenth week, which wraps up later tonight. If you complete a new Imperial University course, you'll notice that your EH database profile gets updated automatically but not your TC database profile. The latter are updated manually by me and the TCCOM, please give us a day or two after your test is graded for the new course to appear in your TC profile before you email us about it. We have a weekly MP event with the Rebel Squadrons on Saturdays at 7pm Eastern. Participants meet up on the Neutral Ground server on Discord. (there used to be an MP Night reminder here, but I haven’t been around for one in a while and I need to check with some folks to see how it’s going) |
