Myself and the new Communications Officer Rear Admiral Joey C (congrats!) went over the existing Codes of Conduct and revised them heavily. We were forced to watch Gigli until we finished our project and might I say we worked fast! We drastically changed the punishments for most of the existing rules, added a few, removed some, and other exciting (and better) changes. Expect them out when we get Astatine's approval.

The HCI has started clearing out it's massive backlog, but it's looking like I'll have to add another case to it. Expect yet another new case announcement soon. I think common sense goes a long way and people are starting to forget that; acting professional and mature can go a long way to ensure that you don't end up in front of the High Court.

The new EH messageboards are online at http://mb.emperorshammer.net/index.php. The old EHnet boards will become obsolete within the next month, so please update your bookmarks accordingly.

Yet another reminder that when you wear that EH tag in Star Wars Galaxies or Free Worlds, you are representing the entire organization. If you do or say something stupid (especially on someone else's boards) you'll be hearing from me. Last warning.

Also, have a Merry Christmas (for those who celebrate it, anyway). Have a safe holiday and I hope you spend some time with your family rather than pretending to be an officer aboard a Star Destroyer.

-Internet security matters.
The latest virus threats can be found online here (opens a new window). It also provides documents on new computer threats, fixes, and other useful information.

-Faster timeframe for issues to be resolved, brought to the HCI, etc.
HCI is still backed up. I will be sending a case to the HCI this weekend.

-Revise Articles of War and Bylaws in consultation with relevant parties.
