Communications Office Report #3

I've just launched the new Communications Office web site, located at www.ehcomm.net. Its content is limited until I can finish work on it Monday.

Most importantly, the procedures for requesting message board creation have changed. All requests should now be made through the COMM Request function located off of the main COMM web site. COMM Request will be expanded next week to include other routine requests made to the COMM.
