Security Office News

Not a very eventful week (and that's good news to my office). I personally didn't even witness one IRC mishap so let's keep up the excellent work on this front. It's worth checking out the new Codes of Conduct as well. There aren't many drastic changes so no one should be utterly shocked by them. Basically it slackens a few guidelines but provides stricter punishments so things won't have to result in a Court Martial and just IRC bans which I think everyone will like a bit more. Feel free to provide feedback to me or the Communications Officer.

With the unstability of Minos, I'm having to move my office website. It should be put up on the eh.net domain fairly soon I hope so stay tuned to my reports for developments.

-Internet security matters.
The latest virus threats can be found online here (opens a new window). It also provides documents on new computer threats, fixes, and other useful information.

-Faster timeframe for issues to be resolved, brought to the HCI, etc.
Court case being processed.

-Revise Articles of War and Bylaws in consultation with relevant parties.
