A couple of complaints came in this week. I expect to have some investigations concluded within the next few days. A few things to remember: Please attach evidence to your complaints. Include your full ID line as much contact information on the person(s) you are complaining against. Just a name or IRC nick is not enough. I may have to put your investigation on hold simply because I need to research who the person is you are complaining against. I cannot read your mind so please be as detailed and complete as you can about your complaint. I do forget to do things some times, feel free to ask about a complaint you sent. My CA has not responded in a week or so and the rest of my staff is busy or not available, so you will have to bear with me. Due to the sensitive nature of Security Office work, I will not accept anybody to be a SOA or CA:SO. It isn't just a matter of not getting projects done for my office; it is the matter of determining the future of EH members. I will not send anyone to the HCI unless I feel that they must go. I welcome any questions or complaints you may have. If needed, I will explain the reasoning behind my decisions. After being in the EH for almost 7 years, I know what I'm talking about. :-) Some have asked is there an Imperial Security Bureau (ISB) or Sector Rangers (SRs). The SRs turned into the ISB, which I closed months ago. I either use my own resources of contacts or ask the Intelligence Division to assist me with investigations. I encourage everyone to log ALL IRC channels and private messages along with monitoring IRC and the Message Boards for regulation violations. My staff and I cannot be everywhere all the time, but there are at least a few EH members everywhere all the time. Channel operators, you have a big responsibility of moderating the channels.
