This being my first report as COMM, I would like to thank all those who have congratulated me on my appointment, but especially GA Ronin and SA Astatine for having enough faith in me to give me a shot at COMM. I've been busy this week reviewing the status of the COMM office, and updating things. I updated the #Emperor's_Hammer oplist, removing 9 users (including one who should've been removed about 6 months ago), and downgrading access for 2 former CO's who are now INQ's. Those people wishing to have X access in #Emperor's_Hammer should email me with the appropriate information (cservice nick, ID line, and reason for request). The COMM page will remain at http://theholo.net, as it is my domain and server. I have begun work on modifications to the EH Forums, and expect to have the new MoC system integrated into the system in about a month. Until then, I would much appreciate if people would hold off on requesting MoC's. I am also working on a Communications Manual for the EH, which will cover various procedures and ways to communicate. The primary aim of this manual will be to aid EH'ers in communicating more effectively.
