-SOA Dharus is nearly AWOLed, with only three days remaining on his time.
-Not a whole lot else has been going on this week. Cases are still coming through this office, which leads me to believe that the members of the Emperor's Hammer aren't behaving as well as they should.
Which leads me to the Regulation of the Week: the Annoyance Clause of the Emperor's Hammer Codes of Conduct.

As different people have different annoyance levels, it is up to the discretion of any present ops or "sub-ops" as to what action is to be taken and when. Someone can be considered annoying when a person or persons are disgusted with the person's behavior, actions or conversation. Repetition of statements, constant complaining, or rants are considered annoying behavior. Excessive use of sound clips, using repeating auto-away or auto-greet messages, and speaking in foreign languages fall under this category as well, but hold different penalties.
Penalty: First Offense - 1 warning
Penalty: Second Offense - Kick from the channel
Further Offenses - Ban of no more than 1 hour

From the Desk of the Commissioner
Ah, the beginning of another month. Cool, isn't it? Sure it is. I even get to announce the Team of the Month for May, and I've chosen... *drumroll* Patrol Team III! It was a pretty hard choice, but Team III edged it out by being a bit more communicative and evenly active across the whole Team. Congrats!
Teams I and III both have Rangers of the Month to announce, as well. SEO Halcyon has chosen SR Sabé and SEO Death has decided on SR Kyle Katarn. Congratulations!
A little bit of news organization-wise: Each Team has been reduced to a maximum of 5 members apiece including the SEO. Hopefully, this will both increase the level of attention the SEOs can provide to each Ranger and allow for more people to have a chance to be an SEO. In addition, the pseudo-position of Squad Leader is hereby abolished, and replaced by the title of Executive Officer. The XO will be chosen by the SEO and will be responsible for filling in for the SEO when he or she is away, in addition to other duties assigned by the SEO.
That said, we have a few XO appointments to announce. SEO Pel has chosen SR ZysFryar to be his XO, and SEO Death has chosen to tie RotM and XO together, such that the current RotM will serve as XO, so SR Katarn is doubly recognized. Congrats, XOs.
In other news, I've decided to move Team II's SRs Dharus and Phoen|x to the Reserves. I know Phoen|x has been quite busy lately, but Dharus has just plain disappeared. They'll be free to return to active duty when they can show they're ready.

Badges! SR Triji Boliv has picked up the badge project, and he's made some great progress. They're now uniform-sized, and about to be turned so that they look right when placed on the uniform.

Roster's being handled (updated after this report), and the webpage could use a few updates again, but otherwise it's looking pretty good.

DRA Halcyon has received yet another Ranger applicant. Anyone care to guess where they'll be headed after they complete their requirements?
