Sorry this report is late, I've spent all weekend at some stupid science fair which I ended up losing horribly at :P

1) The biggest advancements are in the area of ehIRC. Once I collect a script from StarLion, the first beta version of ehIRC should be ready. 10 beta testers will be accepted. To sign up for beta testing of the script, email me at comm@emperorshammer.org

2) The COMM site finally nears completion. Most of the actual php coding is done and all that's really left is adding content. Belzedar also felt his old design was inadequate, thus he is making an entire new one for me. Yay :P

3) MoCs are still being compiled into lists, and now that the MoC database on the COMM site is actually ready for use there will soon be a place that records every single MoC ever awarded.

4) I would like to recommend CA2:COMM HackSolo for the rank of Vice Admiral. Ever since I have hired him he has shown both excellent activity and a great work ethic. He has performed his standard duties on the Message Boards, and has also helped out in many extra ways including the web site, maintaining IRC channels with his bot BlueFyre, and being a great all-around help.
