-Both VA Plif and I were away this past weekend, explaining the lack of a report.
-Currently, we at the Security Office are working a few heavy cases, taking up a lot of our time. With any luck, though, those will clear up soon, freeing up time for other projects. However, if our e-mail reponses slow down a bit for the next few days, don't fear.
-Time to bring back the EH Regulation of the Week! This week's regulation is EH Bylaw No. 1:

As Members of the World Wide Web (WWW) community and Internet at large, no gross personal misconduct or other violations of online etiquette will be tolerated (i.e. no profanity/vulgarity on public message boards, sending or receiving illegal copies of commercial software, hacking, harassment, abusive conduct, prejudice with regards to race, religion, sex, sexual preference/affectional status, age, or gender.
Members who have been determined to have violated these Bylaws will be given ONE warning from the Fleet Commander (or Security Officer). A second offense/violation or an initial gross violation could result in a "court marshal" by the High Court of the Inquisitors in accordance with the Articles of War, as supervised by the High Inquisitor. It should be noted that most internet Service Providers (ISPs) reserve the right to take whatever action they deem necessary with the offender's accounts (if applicable). This may include notating ISP accounts, suspension or account cancellations.
If a Member of the Emperor's Hammer violates these Bylaws, he/she runs the risk of having their Internet Service Provider (ISP) contacted if the problem(s) can not be resolved via email and/or online chat.
-As of yet, I have no Sector Rangers report. However, I am sending my report a bit earlier than usual, so I'm not surprised. Plif's Note - Yeah, I'm a bit behind. Here we are:

From the Desk of the Commissioner
SR ZysFryar has been suspended for a period of 10 days, which will end on the 30th. He was involved in a situation where CoCs were being violated, and chose to warn the offenders that they would be reported and sent to the HCI. The situation, of course, promptly boiled into the mess some of us have had to wade through over the past few days.
And on another front entirely, my move to Colorado has worked out quite well. I'll be here for a few months until I'm off again to go into the military. I'll bore you with the details of that on the message board, however.
SOA/SR Dharus has recommended to me a change in the fundamentals of the SR webpage. Instead of having a site that links to the message board, he's suggested that the message board link to various pages (the commonly updated pages, like the roster), and that that would serve as a good webspace and bring in more people to the board. Having been mulling over it for the past little while, I'd like to hear your opinions. Send them to me personally, if you would.

Administration Staff Update
IAO Stalker5 has been a great help with the situation mentioned earlier in the report, and tells me that while there are some Rangers he sees online quite frequently, there are a few he hasn't seen at all. My point of view is that if you're not on IRC quite a bit, there's really no point in being an SR, is there?
DRA Halcyon is keeping up with the recruits, as normal. There've been quite a few applicants that seem to have changed their minds, however, so only one recruit has made it past the initial process recently.
As I just mentioned, I have one Ranger to test. Maybe someday I'll get around to letting someone else run the Academy, but for right now, I think I'm doing okay.
Roster hasn't changed since I've been away, so we're okay there.
