SO Report # 6 (2002-09-27)

This report was submitted by FA Brad

This was a busy week in the Security Office. First I will mention and detail the investigation that was mentioned for many weeks. The investigation was over the conflict between AD Marcin Szydlowski and VA Azazel Djo'Tarr. I posted my decision on Wednesday about what actions to be taken. The decision is available at http://so.ehintel.org/decision09252002.html. Everything is summed up there. Nobody is to spread rumors and accusations about this conflict. If you have evidence to support your claims, e-mail them to me so@emperorshammer.org. I still haven't heard from my SOA about a new SO page, so I will likely begin a redesign this coming week. One subgroup security officer asked if I wish to be included in the recipients for his reports and offered further assistance relating to EH Security. I am grateful for his stepping forward. I am officially in charge of all security groups in the EH that relate to reporting, investigating and reporting of violations of Imperial Law (Bylaws, Codes of Conduct, Articles of War). I do not require other subgroups to constantly send me information, but in the even something gets out of hand, I would expect that the come to me for assistance. When sending evidence to the Security Officer, please try to provide a complete set of file(s). I do not prefer having things pasted into e-mails or URLs to where the evidence is. Please take the time to download, save and attach the evidence. When reporting people on IRC, please do a /whois and paste it in the log file or use a separate file. We cannot set bans on IRC without their hostmask (which is displayed from the /whois). There are some possible pending investigations right now, so I would please ask every EH member to behave and observe the Codes of Conduct, Bylaws and Articles of War. I hope to have nothing to say but everybody was behaving this week. I have not been able to say that yet. :P SO-DIS/FA Brad/CS-9/SSSD Sovereign, MoH/HoI/IC/GOE/GMoF/FoEWx2/BS/PCx7/IMC/ISMx5/MoC-7BoC-5SoC/CSM/OV-6E [HUSS], {IWATS-AIM-ASP-CBX-IIC/1/2/3-M/1/2-RT-SM/2-TT-VBS}, SBL(Sith), (BN)
