NEWS

This week, the Hammer's October Evaluation was returned to the HamCOM and the merit medals have been awarded. Congratulations to LCM DarkSith_99, COL Gyssler, COL Pellaeon, GN Anahorn Dempsey, GN Elwood the Brave, and GN John T. Clark! There's one more merit medal that hasn't been recommended yet, hopefully that'll get turned in soon.

MP Nights on Thursdays at 5:30pm Pacific continue after a holiday break last week, and I'm told the TCCOM himself is going to available now that he's settled in his new home. We're playing XWA since it's the game everybody has, but there's some rumbling for EABF2 that's probably only going to get louder now that its Geonosis Update is live. We meet up on TIE Corps Discord in the Hangar channel, feel free to join in if you're around!

	FA Silvius FA Silvius completed his 24th month as COO just as deftly as all the ones before it with MP screenshots being processed as promptly as ever, the COO competitions continuing to reward pilots for their MP flying achievements, and Silvius' own flying well above average with 260 Legions of Skirmish. To recognize his ongoing contributions to the Corps, I hereby award Silvius the Silver Star of the Empire.

How the MoC is earned: In the monthly evaluations, each leader in the TIE Corps (CMDR+) lists all of the pilots that have checked in that month or communicated in a public forum. Those members are awarded an MoC with an oak cluster based on how many times they've earned the MoC in the past.

Oak Clusters: The MoC is always awarded with an oak cluster (MoC-boc, MoC-soc, etc.). For first two awards, it's a Bronze Oak Cluster. From there, the third award is Silver, the fourth and fifth awards are Bronze, the sixth award is Gold, the seventh and eighth awards are Bronze, the ninth award is Platinum, the tenth and eleventh awards are Bronze, and then the twelfth award is Diamond. After that, the cycle begins anew.
