Another report, live from Frenchland :P

1/ First, congratulations to Admiral Theodore for his appointement to Flight Officer. Heh, I am not the "newest" CSer anymore ;-)

2/ Some new TIE and XWA missions have been released this week. Two XWA Battles and a TIE one are currently under final playtesting by yours truly and should be released hopefully in a matter of days.

3/ Vice Admiral StarLion has taken care of the job of TCHC. Some new Tactical Surveyors (playtesters) for XvT may be needed soon, as most of the current ones haven't fullfill their assignement lately. Causing more delays on new XvT missions :P

4/ Thnaks to Commander Lord Linkan, the "problem" which leads to XvT pilot files with a zero score though the mission has been completed has been identified. When unlimited waves is enabled, no best score nor best time for the mission is recorded on completion, though a mission patch is delivered and the score obtained during the mission added to the total score. Due to the problems such a thing may bring to pilot file reviews, plus the fact the use of the unlimited waves option denatures the way the mission has to be completed, this option will be forbidden for submissions to the Battle Board. Pilot files with no best time recorded (ie played with unlimited waves) will be denied.

5/ If you encounter a bug, report it through the Battle Center, not by asking your CMDR to add it as comment to your BSF. Retry at least a couple of times the mission to see if it's really a bug or if you failed to achieve a particular objective needed in the battle (not necessarily listed in your primary goals, but which may needed to be done in order to have some vital crafts to arrive).

6/ The Jedi Convention Mission Design Contest is still going on, deadline in January...

7/ The X-Wing Alliance Mission Design Course (XAM) is in the processing to be splited in two, theoretical and practical parts. All past graduates will be automatically granted the double XAM/1/2 graduation.
