Aggressor Strike Force Report #1 - 12.12.04

Hello and welcome to my first Battlegroup report, I am Vice Admiral Gilad Pelleaeon, former Commodore and Wing Commander of the ISD Grey Wolf. I've been a member of the TIE Corps for over five years, all of which I have spent in the ASF, most of it on the Grey Wolf, with a brief tour on the Vanguard. I want to thank Khadgar for his hard work over these past ten months and wish him the best in his future pursuits.

I want to begin by laying out a couple of policies:

First, all officers (CMDR, WC and COM) will release a weekly report, failure to comply for more than two weeks, without giving notice to your superiors and myself, will result in removal. I will be watching and will enforce this, I will not tolerate further inactivity on the part of CMDRs and up. I will leave it up to the COMs and WCs of the ships to decide the dates reports are due. Also on the subject of report, Fleet Policy requires reports to be put on the database.

Second, all CMDRs will complete their MSEs by no later than the 3rd of each month. If for some reason this deadline cannot be met, email your superiors and myself and we'll be willing to grant you more time. Failure to do an MSE will result in some form of punishment (delay of promotion, medal downgrade, etc.), failure to do two will result in removal.

Third, all pilots that seek to become a Squadron Commander must complete SM/3 (or SM/2 if they've been around that long). I know that this is already a fleet-wide policy, but I want to stress that this is followed. Also, all officers seeking a Wing Commander position should complete the Wing Management Course.

Fourth, as a courtesy to your superiors, notify them of any leaves before you actually go on them. They're not going to deny them, it will just save them some extra work.

Now then moving along, the position of Grey Wolf Commodore is open for applications, here are the requirements:

-Must have completed atleast one tour as Wing Commander or above.
-No major HCI convictions in the past six months
-Regular IRC presence desired
-Email turn around time of less than 48 hours
-Can include up to three references, people who can vouch for reliability and performance (Superiors, former and current preferred)
