(Database computer quickly shuts down, going into a song in its basic programming.)
HAL: Daisy, daisy...

Death Stars Made Easy:
1. Stock with hundreds of thousands of your best people.
2. One man starfighters? What'll they do? The gunners will keep them out EASILY!
3. Of course, we risk being blown up by some simple blasts at the main reactor, but who will ever think of that?
4. Keep the gunners near the reactor? Certainly not! Spread them out!
5. A narrow passage that you have to fire through or navigate through will keep any pesky attackers away from the reactor. No need for anything like a barricade of any sort.
6. Targetting the ship that has Ackbar on it simply won't do.
7. The enemy has found out that there may be a weakness. Let them escape so that we can ultimately win!
8. Evacuate? In our moment of triumph? I'm going down with the battlestation!
9. Tall shafts that the overblown "heroes" can throw you down makes a great addition to any throne room.
10. Most importantly, all is as I have foreseen it.
News
- The database has returned to http://www.ehtiecorps.org. Suffice to say, the rosters are from January. Right now the positioning and ranking of ASF pilots is being inputted into the new database based on up to date rosters I have submitted. Please be patient, as the rosters are currently not fully up to date. In addition, newer pilots that are not on the database will need to rejoin the fleet. More details on this separately.
- I'd like to thank Gilad, Jer Stryker, Frodo and Arid for their help in getting the ASF rosters put together. Gilad deserves a special thanks for giving me the entire Grey Wolf roster! - The Legate, WoW and Recruitment competitions will continue. XvT WoW is currently on, in fact!
- In the meanwhile, I suggest everyone continue regular activities whilst the database is worked on.
- I have decided to cancel Wolf's Howl and Aggressor Night for now. It will return. I am looking for the best Multiplayer times via the IO's latest poll at http://www.ehnet.org

I had a good bit of fun getting the ASF roster together.
(Sound of ants cheering as in Sam and Max Hit the Road.)
Right now, my advice is to sit tight for the most part regarding the database.
I realize that a lot of you have a number of concerns regarding your medals, FCHG, etc. Currently the focus is only on getting everyone in the right spot with the right rank.
By that same token, I hope that everyone can look away from this enough to keep on flying, writing fictions, making graphics, etc.
This last sentence will be gone in the future, as "Boey B" wishes to retire.
