Battlegroup News

-MSEs are now past due, if you haven't turned them in, get them in ASAP.
-The new ASF Policies are now in effect and several officers have already earned their first strike. Just because you can miss a few reports doesn't mean you should, some Officers earned their first strike this week. I guess it will take the first removal order to prove I'm serious.
-I encourage all ASF Members to vote in the poll at: http://mb.emperorshammer.net/viewtopic.php?t=1157 So that we can decide the future of #eh_asf
-Brucmack and Gara were the only people in the entire Emperor's Hammer to participate in the XWA WoW. The Club didn't rank, but Bruc finished as top pilot.
-If you're still working on a layout for the ASF Website Layout Comp please contact me immediately. If you don't by Friday I will assume that I have received all entries (two so far) and will pick the winner.
-There is a TE tomorrow (3/8) evening on Freeworlds at 6 PM EST, I don't know the specifics on it, but the Empire is assisting OC in defending Tatooine against the Rebels, so you might as well be there. The Password will be: pizzathehutt
-One new pilot this week and a couple out. Welcome SL Morgana Bathory to the ISD Vanguard and Scorpion Squadron!

Tie Corps News
-VA Gidda won the Free Mission Division of the Mission Creation Incentive for February.
-Relentless COM is open for applications
-The New Colossus COM is RA Angel
-Joey wants the flags to register their channels with X
-Wing VIII Commander is open for applications
-LO is open for applications
-The CA:FO, AD Reaper, resigned this week, Cyric is not seeking a replacement
-Pri is looking for Graphics Artists to create the map for the next Imperial Storm Wargame
-Someone make Stuart a new TO Report layout, please, he'll even give you a medal if he likes it, plus he's still looking for new PROFs

New ASF Policies
Weekly Reports:
-Any CMDR who fails to release more than three reports in a two month period without prior notice and a decent excuse will be removed.
-Reports will be expected to be released consistantly, CMDRs on Fridays, WCs on Saturday, COMs on Sunday, and BGCOM on Monday. I will be somewhat lenient on this and give a day or so to get reports in. I WILL be watching.
-Any WC or COM who fails to release two consecutive reports without prior notice and a decent excuse will be removed.
-All reports MUST be uploaded on the database. If an officer fails to do this I will block any promotion requests until the the officer has their reports online.
-If for any reason your report must be delayed you should notify your subordinates and superiors prior to the due date and should release the report as soon as you are able to.

Websites:
-All Squadrons need to have a website, it doesn't have to be fancy of PHP, but should updated regularly.

Flight Leaders:
-All Flight Leader positions should be filled as soon as possible after they are vacated. If a Flight Leader position is open for longer than two weeks I will take the matter into my own hands and appoint one.

-Details: Seeing as my graphics skill are rather lacking, I want the pilots of the ASF to create the layout for the new ASF Website (http://gilad.minos.net/ASF/index.php). If the new TO approves the comp then: IS-GR to the winner. IS-SR to runner up. And IS-BR to third. If he doesn't, then I'll come up with a merit medal.


-WoW Incentive

(I'm not sure if these are going to be in the TAC reports or where, but I'll find out.)

Okay, it's been a pretty slow, yet stressful week for me (specifically tonight, but that's another story), I'm getting everything together though. Please participate in the poll for #eh_asf. CMDRs+ get to work on those reports! The WoW incentive medals and a last few of the SC merit medals are pending. I can't really think of anything else for this week.
