Battlegroup News
-Below I have stated the New ASF Policies again, just in case you failed to read them last week.
-SC Medals have been awarded
-MSEs are Due! Get them in within the next two days!
-There were two TEs over the weekend, Friday the Empire failed to take back ISC and Sienar Shipyards and on Sunday the New Republic captured the ICC Ravenclaw and the Bilbringi Shipyards. If you participated in either TE please email Pri (spellfire@btinternet.com).
-The Trivia Comp will hopefully begin next week
-The ASF Website Layout Comp is still on until next week, no one has sent anything in, so if someone does they'll probably get a decent merit medal if I pick it.

Tie Corps News

-VA Ky Terrak resigned as COM of the SSD Avenger, his successor is RA Kane Reese
-XWA-TC 42 and 43 and XvT-TC 108 were released.
-The new Internet Officer, VA Lenvik, does not have access to Minos to solve Hosting Issues. Also the domains squadron.org and stardestroyer.org have expired.
-The ISD Subjugator was closed yesterday, pilots were transferred to the SSD Avenger
-There are several open PROF positions, email VA Stuart (to@emperorshammer.org) if you're interested with the Subject Line: “Those who can’t do, teach.” Also, if you sent an application to GA Astatine, please send it to VA Stuart.
-RA Trido resigned as COM of the Colossus, applications are being taken.
-The Emperor's Hammer won the February Week of War, the top pilot in the WoW was COL Brucmack of Vortex Squadron
-XWA WoW is currently going and ends at 1 PM EST on March 4th. The Emperor's Hammer has not ranked yet as we only have two pilots participating and 8 matches flown. Thanks to COL Brucmack and LT Gara Petothel for their participation so far.

New ASF Policies
Weekly Reports:
-Any CMDR who fails to release more than three reports in a two month period without prior notice and a decent excuse will be removed.
-Reports will be expected to be released consistantly, CMDRs on Fridays, WCs on Saturday, COMs on Sunday, and BGCOM on Monday. I will be somewhat lenient on this and give a day or so to get reports in. I WILL be watching.
-Any WC or COM who fails to release two consecutive reports without prior notice and a decent excuse will be removed.
-All reports MUST be uploaded on the database. If an officer fails to do this I will block any promotion requests until the the officer has their reports online.
-If for any reason your report must be delayed you should notify your subordinates and superiors prior to the due date and should release the report as soon as you are able to.

Websites:
-All Squadrons need to have a website, it doesn't have to be fancy of PHP, but should updated regularly.

Flight Leaders:
-All Flight Leader positions should be filled as soon as possible after they are vacated. If a Flight Leader position is open for longer than two weeks I will take the matter into my own hands and appoint one.

If the new TO approves the comp then: IS-GR to the winner. IS-SR to runner up. And IS-BR to third. If he doesn't, then I'll come up with a merit medal.

(I'm not sure if these are going to be in the TAC reports or where, but I'll find out.)

Sorry for the lateness of this report, school has kept me rather busy lately, but I will try my hardest to not be late next week. As a result I will let this week slide for the rest of you, the new Policies go into effect as of today. Only 56% of the reports I should have received were turned in, this is pretty disappointing. I failed to receive reports from Odin, Tartarus, Krayt, Viper, Asp, Diamondback, Echo, Scorpion, and Mantis Squadrons. This is unacceptable. Maybe I'm not being CCed on some of theses reports, so here is a reminder ALL reports must be sent to the officer's subordinates (I.E. FLs and FMs), the officer's superiors (BGCOM, COM, and WC), the Flight Officer (jroscoe@comcast.net), and the CA:FO (Paul.reeves99@ntlworld.com). This week I plan to go through and see who has reports online and who doesn't. There are also a ton of Flight Leader positions open in the Battlegroup, I want CMDRs to fill these ASAP. Let's get on it folks.
