A reminder that the second webhunt has been uploaded. For convenience, I'll copy is below:

Question:

Which SW species is the following a picture of?

Hint: Can you decipher this?

I've received many answers already for this...some were correct, and some weren't. Although the points for first and second have gone, you can still gain the four points for the correct answer, so please do try!

There are still 11 days to go in the Supremacy Competition - which is plenty of time to get some points.

- The Immortal beat the Grey Wolf and Vanguard in the recent Vengeance competition (in which they were invited to participate). As such, there have been some motto/nickname changes:

ISD Greywolf - nickname -- The Immortal's Puppy Dog

motto -- We entertain and keep the Immortals feet warm

ISD Vanguard - nickname -- Old Grunts

motto -- The rear guard and old peoples home of the fleet

VA Blade - SF info line - I shoulda never left Wing XI

LC Ender MBind - SF info line - me wierd?, take a look at my pic, I'm normal

VA Cyric -SF info line - I fought with the best and lost like the rest

WC/LC Chrusos "VitCarp" Ichthys - SF info line - I fought like a fish and was caught by the cooks!

...yes, you are allowed to laugh...

- Its that time of year again...yes...CoLs...

As copied from the latest OPS report:

Commendations of Loyalty:

The Plan for the submissions of awards:

- Each TIE Corps Squadron Commander, or Naval Corps Task Unit Commander will
compile a list of two - three names from their unit and forward them up to
their Wing Commander/Task Force Commander, who will weed out people that
he/she doesn't feel appropriate, or add people that they feel were
neglected. So that the Wing Commander/Task Force Commander will only end up
sending three - five names to their Commodore, who will add/or remove people
if they deem it neccesary. Finally the recomendations will be forwarded up
to the Battlegroup Commander, who will repeat the process, adding or
removing names if warranted. These finalized recomendations will then be
submitted to the Operations Office

- Each Elite Squadron (Omega, Avenger, Tau and Praetorian) will be able to
pick one - two people for an award. However, each Elite Squadron Commander
should consult with their superiors on awarding.

SSSD Sovereign:
Approximately 28 awardees

TIE Corps Battlegroups:
Approximately 21 awardees

Aggressor Strike Force:
Approximately 18 awardees

Naval Corps:
Approximately 10 awardees

SSD Avenger:
Approximately 10 awardees

Commanding Officers: Its fairly obvious whats required from you, but if you have any questions, then please ask. I do ask that you all be PROMPT in sending you lists of names. Those that are late often aren't awarded (I've already received a list from CMDR/CPT Death, Avenger Squadron). NOTE: You don't have to send the maximum number of names - be sensible, and think about who you feel deserves the Commendation.

- Other than that, its been a fairly quiet week for the ASF.

Fleet News:

- Sector Admiral Compton has released Newsletter #69 to the fleet. This issue has been named the special edition "EH Primer." While there are no reports or submissions from members, it does contain a digested version of the Emperor's Hammer Training Manual with some added commentary from the Executive Officer on each command-level position and subgroup.

You can download it at: http://www.tiecorps.org/files/nl/hammer69.zip (~0.4 MB).

- EH Encyclopedia helpers needed
I've neglected this project for the last couple months. However, it's going to start up again. If you are interested in helping with this project, email me at jpboyce@indigo.net.au If you wish to know more, you can also email that address.

- Something from our very own Crusader CMDR:

Members of Emperor's Hammer. Here are some details about next year meeting.

Time: June/July. Meeting will last for 3-4 days.
Place: Wojszki, near city of Bialystok. North-East region of Poland, near Narew river.

Requirements: Cause I'm only poor student, I won't be able to provide any food, etc. You'll have to take cash with you to buy food and such. You'll have to take your tent and sleeping-bags, clothes, anything you need. I'll try to get few computers and connect them to small network, so we'll be able to arrange little competition. And of course we'll be drinking beer, watchin movies, etc.

Every EH member is invited, although I can understand it maybe difficult to arrive to Poland, so I think we'll have only Polish pilots there, but I'll be glad to see others.

Would you like to know more??? Contact me: pbmike@klub.chip.pl

Thats all for this (late) report. As always, fly high, and shoot straight!

Respectfully,

Admiral Priyum
