Results of Pirates vs Emperor’s Hammer
You should’ve heard by now, the EH lost the TE on Saturday and in doing so, we also lost our home-base, the ISD Predator. I wasn’t able to attend in person, but I think I’ve received a more or less clear picture of what happened: At the start of the TE, two NR Pilots, one of them Nunchaku, the other a Templar Lord (both in A-9s?) showed up at the ISD and began to systematically kill every EH pilot present. From what I told, there were ~15 EHers there, and most fell to Nunchaku’s guns.
Now, I know he’s arguably one of the best pilots on the server, and I know the A-9 is a crazy little ship, but 15 EHers wiped out by 2 pilots is pretty shocking. Quite frankly, I’m surprised at how bad we are. I thought I was a half-way decent pilot, and also that we had some good pilots – but apparently not. Effective immediately, the priority of all EH pilots in Freeworlds is to start practicing group dog-fights (PvP). The more you do it, the better you’ll get – it’s that simple. I’m going to set up some kind of training regime with one of the server pilots, but let’s not rely on that.
In regards to what happened after you all died, apparently the Pirates strolled in and docked with the ISD, looted it and then left. I don’t know what the Mandalorians (3), Krath (1) and Bounty Hunter (1) did.

The NR will be attempting to salvage the ISD in this TE. Burnout tells me that the EH can also try at the same time – we need to get there first. I’ve hired the Death Watch, and might try hiring the AMC again. I’ve been assured that Organised Crime and the Imperials will help us this time. Once again, it’s all hands on deck – we must get back our home.
Usual protocols – meet on IRC about 30mins before the start to receive groupings and orders.

Alliances & Hostilities
- The Privateer Fleet has made the EH hostile just before the Pirates vs EH TE. They haven’t changed their list since, so assume they are hostile.
- The Trade Federation made us hostile and then changed it back after the apology.
Fleet News
- In case you haven’t heard by now (nice rock?), the biggest news in recent history – Grand Admiral Ronin has stepped down as Fleet Commander, and Sector Admiral Astatine has ascended to the position. Congrats to Ast, and a massive thank you to Ronin for 10 years of astounding work.
- The new FC announced a swathe of Christmas awards for various Command Staff types. Congrats to them (see the TC news page for full details). A special congrats to FO/FA Cyric who was elevated to High Admiral, and to COO/FA Sarin, who received the Imperial Cross.
