LT Nom Anor is the XWA Champ Many congratulations to LT Nom Anor of Cobra squadron on being the overall winner of this Week of War with 36 confirmed kills. The 2nd best pilot from the Intrepid has been LC CrimsonFury from Krayt, well done! Nom and Crimmy will be awarded the IS-SW and IS-BW respectively. Viper CMDR resigns CPT Fallien Skull, the CO of Viper Squadron, stepped down due to busy real life. I'm sorry to see him resign after only 1 month but I appreciate the sense of responsibility of CPT Skull because he has preferred to leave his spot to someone else with more spare time rather than let his squadron down. Anyway, the position of Viper CMDR is open to applications. Mandatory requirements have been described in a previous communication and they are also posted on the Recruitment Forum. Deadline for applications is Saturday. Ship Shapes results And the winner is...MAJ Zhaim Jifarr of Diamondback Squadron with 10 correct answers. Runner up is LC CrimsonFury with 9 correct answers. Full results and the exact names of the ships have been posted on the Wing XIV forum. Check it out! FCHG Race The winners of the FCHG race are LC CrimsonFury (235 points) and MAJ SavageAz (150 points), excellent work! It must be noticed that the whole Wing put together more than 500 FCHG points during the month of August! Way to go, pilots. Imperial Storm Imperial Storm is a big wargame where the 4 Battlegroups (Sovereign, TCBG, ASF and ATF) of the TIE Corps fight each other to conquest. First off, do not think the TC are going to die, this is just a training exercise. Second off, IS will have both single player and multiplayer sections so all pilots can participate. Full rules can be found on the War Office site. If you are interested to fly multiplayer combat engagements (these won't be normal melees but real MP missions with capital ships, transports, warheads etc...) for the Intrepid please contact me and the Wing Commander. COM's Escort squadron Due to their very high activity level both in single player and multiplayer events I decided that Krayt Squadron will retain the title of COM's Escort Squadron even for the month of September, congratulations! |

and XWA WoW Champs! 17:47 - AD Khameir Sarin For the first time in the history of our club, we have won both XVT and XWA WoWs in the same month! Huge contributions were made in XVT by Tek (Tau) and in XWA by Nom Anor (XIV). Both Tek and Nom won their respective WoWs which is also a first for EH Multiplayer gaming! Great work to all pilots who participated in this event. I will be awarding special awards for this first ever double WoW win!
