News

1.65 Shiplist

Burnout has agreed to modify server rules to allow non-aligned Military Factions like the EH ships of 3500 hull (but no ubers). This is certainly good news for the EH as it means we can now stay independent, without relying on other factions for decent ships.

Myself and the command staff have agreed upon a new ship list for 1.65 and submitted it to Burnout for approval (Zacc’s given him approval for the various Imperial ships). Once it receives final approval, I’ll release it along with some changes that will be occurring in 1.65

Territory Engagement vs New Republic

In case you don’t know by now, we lost the TE because Nexa, of the Emperor’s 13^th Fleet, rejoined the battle after dying, thereby causing the Empire to automatically forfeit. Up until that point, I’m told the EH did very well, taking the Jedi Academy. Do NOT give Nexa a hard time over it, I’m sure everyone else will be doing that enough.

Of the 40 players who attended, 14 were EHers (4 Imps). This is extremely good – exactly the kind of attendance we needed to show the other Factions that we are active. Thank you to everyone who attended. LoCs will be out as soon as I get back from leave.

Leave of Absence

Yep, I’m away all day tomorrow and the day after. I’ll get caught up on stuff on Thursday. Any EH List issues can go to Keller who has access to update it.

Hostiles

The Privateer Fleet has declared us hostile. No reason was given. Whenever you kill them, be sure to say “Because We Can” in the system channel. Oh, and the PF is apparently TRIC, a club formed some time ago by another angry ex-EHer. Apparently being ex and angry is fashionable now (why can’t be people just be one or the other?).

Team Speak

Team Speak can be downloaded from http://www.goteamspeak.com/news.php. You don’t need a mic just to listen in. The server address is ts.assassinsden.com, but before you can connect, you need to be registered. For this, just email me your desired login name and password and I’ll add you. At the same time, I’ll also give you the password to our own EH channel. Remember to act appropriately whenever you’re on TS.

Competitions

Wing Commander Keller has some competitions running, check the WC’s report (http://www.ehtiecorps.org/reports/report.asp?wingid=16&reportid=14502) for full details. I’m feeling to lazy tonight to copy and paste them.
