Commodore’s Opening Words
Greetings to the crew of the mighty ISD-II Intrepid! This week was again an active one, and tomorrow marks the end of another month of activity, and it marks the end of my first month as your Commodore! Boy does time ever fly fast;)
Well, I’ve been spending a lot more time on IRC lately, and I’m surprised to find out that I’m bored when I go! Well, not always but occasionally, we’re just not experiencing the same IRC activity as we used to ladies and gentlemen, and I think that needs to pick up. If some of you don’t have a clue what IRC is, and you don’t know how to go, or your having trouble with it, Contact your CMDR!
The XWA/XvT MP ladder competition ended three days ago. And I’m not that pleased with our results, the multi-player activity on board this ship is getting a little lax, and I think its time that it picked up! MP is easy to participate in, and that ladder even gave points for loosing…it was an easy comp to do good in, and a lot of squadrons didn’t even try hard.
Still, I extend my congrats to CM CrimsonFury for winning first place, and to Krayt Squadron for winning the Squadron title of WC’s own in the competition. Also a big congrats to MAJ Phantom with second place, and to Kettch and Obiwan for tying me for third!
At 12AM tonight the FCHG and CR ladders end! Give it that final push people! Four medals will come from those comps! FLY! MP! SP! MP!! MP!!1
In addition, Phantom and I made a comp yesterday that will take up most of the summertime and will be great fun! A lot of EVERYTHING in this comp, it will resemble the SC a bit. The Top Squadron will get WC’s Own, and top Pilot (or Top Dawg as I like to say) Will get to be the COM Protector! Hurrah! ;)
Ah yes, and I am still looking for somebody to make a banner for the ship! Anybody…just make a banner for the ship with our nickname and Motto! Also, AD Darksaber has made a competition about the ASF banner! So you can all make one for that aswell!! CREATE!

Must have held the position of Squadron Commander for no less than four months and hold the rank of Captain or higher
Passed either SM/II or SM/III and be intimately familiar with all EH and TC regulations.
No HCI convictions within the past 18 months.
Be familiar with all three primary game platforms (TIE, XvT & XWA), single and multiplayer.
Must be a member of good standing in the Dark Brotherhood (command position not necessary).
Be able to deal with members at all levels, from the Flight Officer to Flight Members.
Be able to constantly monitor and motivate all members of the Wing.
Have plans for the long term activity of the Wing.
Applications must be received by Sunday 13th July and should be sent to Rear Admiral TK-2107 and Vice Admiral Khaen. The application should have the subject "Wing XX WC". Good luck if you choose to apply.

It seems several people, myself included, are still having a variety of problems with ehnet.org email accounts, whether it be sending emails or receiving. Please double check that your emails are getting through to recipients. The IO is aware of the problems and is working to resolve them soon.

Hints of the Week: Putting your boss to sleep isn’t always the best way to get your own way;P Oh and having no Self respect, is completely useless…good advice for some of yas.
And flying any battle never hurt…fly battles…especially XvT battles, and fly MP, a lot of MP, MP is good! FLY IT!!

And so ends another ISD-II Intrepid Commodore report! You should all start to plan fiction and graphics for the activity comp, it should start on July first. This comp will contain EVERYTHING you can possibly do…except for mission designing since I didn’t want to award really easy medals…and multiple other reasons, maybe next time;P
Next week we’ll probably have another experimental meeting to see if the next time works, I’m sorry to people who have different time zones…but EST afternoon usually suits more people, hence why the TC meeting is right after ours.
So keep flying, keep chattin, and keep reaching for the stars with your deadly imperial fighters, there’s no limit to what activity you guys can accomplish!
