-- The Sovereign Squadron League playoffs are into the first round. Pilots, fly TIE-TC# 169 "The Rooster Trap", XvT-TC# 75 "Distress Call", and XWA-DB #4 "The Shadow Academy: Dark Fury". Deadline is July 15! See below for a snapshot of the week 8 results.
-- In conjunction with the SSL, I have commissioned a graphics competition for the creation of award emblems (or certificates, medallions, patches, posters, or whatever else captures the artist's fancy). It is known as the Sovereign Squadron League Graphics Grab. See the Sov MB for more details.
-- GN Stele Pellaeon's General's Summer Patrol comp is into its third week. Thirty-three of the 40 pilots who signed up remain alive.

-- Wing V has a new WC, COL Gen Es'mith. Gen has returned to his EH roots to command the Hammer's Hellfighters. He replaces MAJ Devin Taralis, who went MIA and was shipped to the reserves.
