Fleet News
-RA Auto has updated DarkFyre to show up-t0-the-minute scores for #ehcoc comps.
-The TAC Office is looking to find a few more people willing to bore their eyes out at a computer screen testing and fixing battles. As always, send your apps to the Tac people.
-Our huggable FO has had some problems with his email. If you have sent him any emails since Thursday (the 24th) resend them.....unless it was an email full of profanity and unladylike language, in which case you should thank your lucky stars he didn't get it in the first place.
-RA Gallia and RA Kalar were both promoted to the rank of VA. Everyone toaste them with a big glass of lemonade.


News That You Can Use
-We have a new WC. MAJ BubbaX has stepped over from the darkside of the fleet to join the Immortal.
-We have flown just over 400 missions this month. Very nice.
-We have a new pilot. LT Virgilio has joined Demon and seems to be settling in quite nicely. Everyone give him a big welcome (after he comes back from his traditional suicide mission of course).
-MSE's are due (for all you CMDR's who have forgotten what time of the month it is). Everyone looking for medals may send bribes to myself at so@emperorshammer.org.


News From Around the Ship
-After checking out his quarters, MAJ BubbaX forgot to lock his door. This had lead to a rather unfortuneate "gundark" incident.
-LT Virgilio was sent out on his traditional suicide mission as soon as he checked into the Immortal. He was quite pleased with the amount of firepower that his new Tie Experimental fighter could bring to bear on his enemies. He is expected to return soon (if he returns.....)
-CM Tek forgot to turn off his cloaking device on his Tie Phantom when he landed in the hangar. This has lead to at least 3 broken noses, 5 bruised knees, and at least 134 incidents of "harsh" language on the groundcrew.
-CPT Aeolus and CPT Gutt are collaborating on a new book. Right now, they are arguing over the name of it. (Writing Lesson #24: Write the book BEFORE you decide on a name.)

Competition Corner
-Just about every squadron has a comp running right now. Ask your cmdr which one you should be invovled in.
-We are setting up several wing comps for the month of August. More info to follow.
