Competitions

Alright some new competitions.

Firstly an article competition. This will start on the 20th of July and ends on the 30th. All submissions go to myself. I revamped the Vanguard site. Almost everything works there. Make sure you visit it regularly since I will be posting important information there. ALso it has a list of all active wing competitions a poll and some other nice features.
