Opening of Vampire Squadron

The most important event of the last month was definatly the opening of Vampire squadron. After some weeks full of discussions and thinking the Flight Officer finally agreed to the plan of opening Vampire squadron.
The new CMDR of Vampire is CM Sharp and together with him came LCM Apophix, LCM Abel Malik, LT Lara Nostril, LT Holu Tatsumi and LT Aregon.

The ISD Immortal has now all 6 Squadrons open and in total we have 47 pilots+WC+COM serving on this fine ship.

BGCOMs challenge to the ISD Immortal

At the beginning of January BGCOM Mell challenge the crew of the ISD Immortal. Goal was to fly more then 2,000 missions in one month. The month is now over and I can report that exactly 1,244 missions were completed last month. It was obviously that the completition of 2,000 missions has been nearly impossible to achieve, but from my personal point of view, 1,244 missions are much more then I expected.

The pilot who has flown the most missions last month is CPT Gidda and on the second place follows LT Allco. Prices were an Iron Star - Silver Wings and with Bronze Wings.

The squadron which completed the most missions (322) is Ranger Squadron which has made itself the Wing Commanders Own for January.

ISD Immortal Pilot of the month - January

This month a new FM (Fresh Meat) joined the ISD Immortal. He landed in Ghost Squadron and after he settled in he must have thought. "Hm, I want to impress the higher ups." That's what he must have thought but he didn't think for long and action followed.

He "only" flew 132 missions in 11 days and passed 7 IWATS courses.

For such a great activity we decided to award the title "ISD Immortal Pilot of the month" to LT Allco ! Congratulations !

Cheating

Cheating seems to have become a real pain. People still think that cheating is not a bad think because they won't get caught and it makes the life of a pilot easier. Well, the second aspect is maybe correct but the first aspect to our luck not.

All pilotfiles which are submitted are checked by the Database and the Tactical staff from the TAC office. We had two cases last month, LT Assassin was kicked for his violation of Article 407 and another pilot was caught and recieved the full punishment for his actions. (Loss of all medals, FCHG points etc. + demotion to SL). The TAC even dig out an old pilotfile from this pilot.

It's not worth to cheat. A low score is better then a HCI trial! If this don't stop I will set up a Ship Standing Order, that pilots who were charged for cheating, will be reomoved from the ship without any chance of mercy.

ISD Immortal homepage

I have updated the ISD Immortal homepage and changed and implemented some new PHP code. Now you shouldn't need an up to date browser to be able to watch the homepage in it's whole beauty: Cascading Stylesheets are now implemented by the PHP code. You can visit it here: www.corellia.de

BG Highlander competition
BGCOM Mell set up a BGs wide competition. All Immortal squadrons started in round 1. Ghost was eliminated but 4 squadrons started into round 2. To our bad luck Demon was drawn to fight against Ranger.
