VANGUARD AND FLEET NEWS


A week of comings and goings, RL taking it's toll once again for some pilots. But keep those heads up VAN members, the proposed BIG comp with the SOV is still going to happen, just awaiting a time when the SOV is ready and free to play.

On another note, i will be looking to open the Vnaguard website design to the fleet, so stand by for a forthcoming announcement on that soon.

Pilot's to your ships, and meet Sicky in the bar after your glory:) Until next week, recruit fly and enjoy yourselves................that's a order:)

Obelisk Order 6th Anniversary

I recieved this from MAA Khaen, and while it's not TC specific it is a major milestone in the EH and quite relevant to the club as a whole, so his email is as follows:

Greetings, sirs and colleagues (whichever applies).

You may or may not be aware that today, the 9th of October, marks the 6th Anniversary of the Dark Brotherhood's Obelisk Order. It was officially opened on this day in 1997 by Obelisk High Commander Blazer, to coincide with the release of Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight.

To commemorate this event, I have put together a site with a brief look at the history of the order, a complete listing of all Obelisk High Commanders and GMRG Commanders of the Guard to date, and a selection of interesting files, documents, and images from the Order's long past.

I hope you enjoy browsing through this 'museum display' as much as I did delving into the fascinating past of my Order. :P
