Commodore’s Opening Words
 
Hey everyone! Its another crappy Sunday afternoon, you know, the kind you don’t have anything to do in :P  Anyways, this week was a very good one…I can’t find any real flaws to it! All of which, is yet again covered in this week’s Intrepid report!
 
First of all, the MSE awards where awarded, and we had one promotion, congratulations to Major Jedi Eclipse.  Also congratz to everyone who got a medal.  We also found a new Cobra CMDR, congratulations to Colonel Phantom!
 
Now about our Numbers.  They are quite high, we’re tied for the largest ship in the fleet with the Grey Wolf with 47, good job guys! I’m sure that if we had an SC right now, we would kick a lot of b00ty, and its time to boost a bit of ship pride.
 
Ship pride? What are you talking about Frothy?  I’m talking about how next time you go on IRC, remember, your on the best ship, we’re the ASF flagship, and we rulez!  You’re a pilot, be cocky:P
 
New CA:FO…He’s the ex FOA! So send all reports to the CA:FO now, and not to the FOA…since it doesn’t exist, however you can apply to FA Cyric and VA Reaper for it.
 
If you have any EHBL problems, contact the TAC or the SCO or his CA.  You should all have downloaded this by now, its in your admin menu at the very end…you need it to fly, and it makes everything easier.
 
This week did have one small mishap…I only got one participant to the Ship battle plotline comp…so CM Spade will be getting an IS-SR for it, however no battle will be made anytime soon, since the competition wasn’t really a competition.  I’m a bit disappointed in you guys >:/
 
And we got e-mailed a new Citboard! It should be in your mail boxes, good job CPT Derek Dan! Citboards are a tool that helps you find what battles your squadron needs to fly to get Citations.
 
Right, and recruit! We have to break 50 and show the Mutt who’s bo$$!
 
Oh…and I got VA :D

Old battles

After long discussion with Fleet Commander, we have agreed to place old .zips on one of the mirrors. They are all located at: http://battles.tiecorps.net/old/. All people who have EHBL problems can download them now
But. This mirror is going offline at 1st January 2004, so after that time you will only have .ehm files and you WILL HAVE TO use EHBL. You have 3.5 months to solve any EHBL problems you encounter. Mail TAC, SCO, CA:SCO and we will help you.
So. You have .zips back, make EHBL working on your computers, and .zips are going offline on January 1st.
    
VA Reaper Appointed New CA:FO

He will handle all recruit processing, sqaudron management, Banners, and Reports.

The Requirements are as follows:
Must have held a successful tour as a CMDR for at least 4 months
No HCI convictions ever for Conduct Unbecoming
Familiarity with XWA (TIE and XvT as well preferably)
Familiarity with the ISD Relentless Ship Standing Orders
Significant IRC prescence
Quick email and admin accountability
Desire, knowledge and responsibility of and for running internal competitions

Ship Status
 
The ISD-II Intrepid stands currently at 47 members thanks to the arrival of MAJ Blade, COL Phantom and SL Poppa K! Welcome aboard thugz! ;) (and thugette)
 
I noticed we have a lot of SLs in the ship, so CMDRs make sure the following gets to your new pilots.
 
HOW TO GET PROMOTED TO LT:
1. Fly any official EH missions or battles at the EH mission compendium
2. Participate at any TO approved Squad/Wing/Ship/BG/Fleet comp!
3. Create an Imperial Navy Personal record (INPR) in your admin menu!
4. Create an official EH mission or battle (Can take a loooong time)
5. Helping your CMDR with the Squadron webpage, or creating one.
Those are the five main ways to get promoted to LT! You guys should be aiming for at LEAST reaching LT :P

Fly some! Fly it all! And duracell is less expensive then Energizer for the quantity your getting, I’ll tell you guys about the quality later :P

Alright peeps, its time to get down and dirty, we need to beat everyone, we can be the biggest, and we’re already the best ;)  So get out there, do your activity the Intrepid is famous for, and then recruit a peep or two!
As for the rest of the fleet? They can pray for better dayz.
