Emperor's Hammer 8th Anniversary Awards

As emailed from the Operations Officer...
January 7th is the EH Anniversary (8 years, hooya!) so that means, Awards! The Commendation of Loyalty is awarded all members of the Emperor's Hammer by the Fleet Commander or Executive Officer who have displayed tremendous dedication to the Fleet.
Each squadron commander can send any number of recommendations for awards to their respective Wing Commander. The Wing Commander chooses three (3) awards. Then these recommendations are forwarded up the chain of command to the respective Commodores and Battlegroup Commanders, making any possible corrections. Then the Battlegroup Commander collects the recommendations for his Battlegroup, and emails them to the Operations Officer, CC'ing the Flight Officer. Also, each Battlegroup Commander has the discretion to award a maximum of three (3) awards to his Flag Officers.
For Elite Squadrons (Avenger, Praetorian, Tau, and Omega), the commander can recommend up to one (1) award to their Battlegroup Commander (Omega - SovCOM, Avenger - ASF BGCOM), in the case of Praetorian and Tau Squadron, the CMDR will directly email the Operations Officer, also CC'ing the Flight Officer.

1) Recruitment & Improvment Comp.
Vanguard members are invited to advertise their beloved ship and improve it, bring in new faces, suggest improvements to the running of the ship.
The winner of this comp will be the person who has done most for his/her ship during the time period, this maybe bringing in loads of recuits or simply rocking in Muliplayer comps amounting a mass FCHG points, show the fleet what the members of this ship can do.

Here are 4 non-flying comps for you to complete, all three have the same deadline which is 25 December :)
1) Your new COM need a new type of ship and a new name for her that best suits his lifestyle, so think up a new ship and name, best one chosen will win a IS-SR
2) Design a new Banner/Graphic to be placed at http://www.emperorshammer.net/rosters/view.asp?ship=9 This has to be really cool to better the one that is there now, IS-SR to the best chosen IS-BR to the 2nd best submission.
3) SickMan's Assistants:
Skiny - A senile old story telling protocol droid.
Iggy - A salacious Crumb with a loving of heavy metal
Colin - a bad tempered foul mouthed little astro droid (don't read his translation read out if easily offended)
Kyra - a HRD, stunning looks and great with a flamethrower..........a deadly assassin who loves her work serving SickMan.
What do they look like? design a graphic of one of them or write a story about one or all of them, best submission will win a IS-SR, 2nd best wins a IS-BR.
So there you go, 3 non-flying comps, we have forthcoming flying comps with WingXIII and the SOV, so have your flying gear ready:)

FLEET COMP
Tactical Office is proud to announce new EH-wide competition.
Our main goal is to create a set of battles showing REAL cooperation
between multiple subgroups. In other words, EH working as a whole.
You people will have to create CABs (Combined Arms Battles) and send them
to Tactical Officer.
Competition will proceed in two phases.
Phase 1:
Creation of plotlines (used later to make CABs). This is phase for fiction
writers, etc. You create detailed plotline for your battle (story) and
submit it to TAC. My staff will judge it.
Awards like in FCHG competition:
IS-PR (or adequate subgroup medal) for best plotline and so on. (also every
plotline writer will receive CoS for his work).
Phase 2:
Creation of CAB battles based on plotlines submitted. Only those who
participated in Phase 1, will be allowed to join Phase 2.
Awards just like in Phase 1.
Important notes:
1. Teams are allowed, if they are multi subgroup it's even better. Team can
have 4 members max. (2 writers, 2 designers).
2. CAB rules must be followed. At least 3 SGs used. Also, your battle must
show real cooperations between SGs. (for example Tie Corps uses information
gathered by Intel, Infiltrator Wing secured HFs capture operations, etc).
Deadlines:
Phase 1 ends on December 18th 2002.
Phase 2 ends on December 31st 2002.
Winners will be announced on EH Birthday, January 7th.
Also. Best CAB will be marked as winner of CAB competition, and members
working on this CAB will be allowed to include short not in ID Lines.
