Well we are WCless again. Major Praetorian unfortunately has become caught up in RL. I hope your RL straightens out real soon Prae so you can come back and help us fix this flying tub.
Many MSE medals and montly awards were handed out. Not as many as I like but quite a few. Hopefully everyone will get freed up soon so Santa Drax can hand out many shiny new badges.
Ship News
I hosted the Countdown to Oblivion multiplayer comp over the weekend in the ehcoc. I am very disappointed with our ships participation which was none. The ASF as a whole didnt show up either so all are together on it. We had less than a 50 percent participation rate which is horrible. On a positive noted, COL Nightmare did come out and flew many matches and salvaged the IS-GW for the ASF and Avenger squadron but all other medals went to other ships. I hope everyone comes out next time, it was alot of fun.
With Prae out, we must unfortunately begin the tedious task of finding a new Wing Commnader. If you think you have what it takes to work with yours trully do submit an app to myself and AD Khadgar. We wont treat you too badly, I promise. Requirements are on the ASF and Van MB's.
Still looking for a Wasp cmdr. No takers at all as of yet. Surely someone wants to give it a try. I mean its not that demanding of a job and it can earn you some good rewards. Send an app today.

The Intrepid and the Van are in search of Wing Commanders. If you think you have the flare for the job do feel free to submit a app to AD Khadgar and the COM of the ship you are applying for.
Everyone should attempt to send AD Khadgar and graphics and fiction they can put their hands on for our paper the Aggressor. Im sure awards will fall from above for all that do. I know if you dont those photos I tend to snap of our crew in their most compromising postions may find their way into his hands as replacements.

With Vice Admiral Frodo’s retirement from the Intrepid Commodore spot, Rear Admiral Gidda has been promoted to the spot. Thanks to Frodo for his service, and congratulations to Gidda. Rear Admiral Gidda requests that the following requirements be addressed for Wing XIV WC applications:
- At least one CMDR Tour of Duty successfully completed.
- Good knowledge of XvT/XWA multiplayer and the ability to play those games online.
- E-Mail turn around rate of at least 24 hours.
- Being dedicated, loyal and able to quickly fulfill all tasks the position requires.
- Good communication skills.

The FMC is in need of Banners and as I have mentioned in my latest report ( #5 ) I am willing to reward the top two designers with a Silver Star and Bronze Star respectively. Multiple submissions are very much welcome and submissions of good quality, be reflective of the FMC and tastefull. Submissions must be in *.jpg *.gif *.png or *.bmp. They Must be zipped together and sent to mo@emperorshammer.org .

Overview
The Internet Officer (IO) is responsible for providing technical consultancy to the membership of the Emperor's Hammer on matters relating to the Internet, such as web hosting, website construction and other areas. In addition, the position oversees a number of ongoing projects, such as the EH Message boards, Image Archive, etc. Selection Criteria - Essential
1. Proven experience and knowledge of at least one server side scripting language (ie. ASP, PHP, JSP, etc)
2. Existing general knowledge of a range of computer-related matters
3. Be a member of good standing of the Emperor's Hammer for at least one year
4. Ability to work well with a range of EH members, including the Fleet Commander and Executive Officer
5. High active, online presence, such as IRC, message boards, etc. Selection Criteria - Desirable
1. Demonstrated application of advanced server side scripting.
2. Proven experience with databases
3. Proven ability in graphic design
4. Good command of the English language You must address each criteria with supporting evidence. Simply saying "Yeah, I can do that" is not enough. Include specific examples and situations to back up your claims. You should meet at least the essential criteria to be considered for the position. You must include at least three (3) references in your application. At least one of these must be a former or, preferably, current superior. Ensure you have their permission first, as your application will be viewed in a negative light if you have not gained their permission. Applications should be directed to the Fleet Commander (fc@emperorshammer.org) and Executive Officer (xo@emperorshammer.org) with the subject "Application for Internet Officer". Should you be successful in the position, you will be expected to perform core duties of the position to an acceptable level. This also includes tasks outlined in the EH Tasks List. You will be reviewed upon these tasks and based upon that performance, you may be rewarded or punished.
