WING NEWS:

Welcome to the 4th Wing XIV Report. To start off we have found a COM!, congratz goes out to AD Adren Silvori. All CMDR positions have been filled now all we need is all FL positions to be filled. So CMDRs get your recommendations in soon or we'll have to fill them for you and I know you'd rather want someone that you pick right?

Now onto important stuff like reporting in. Hmm..touchy subject I know, as well as oh so very hard to do it. Thats just altogether taxing on the brain but ya know we gotta do it. Problem is that every week someone somewhere forgets to do it or simply let it go. Well now that presents a problem. Cuz you see even though mine is usually a day late or sent out following the BGCOMs report, it still goes out. All we ask is that you do the same. Part of the reason mine goes oout late is because I'm giving ample chance you everyone to submit their reports.
Unfortunately the only consistant reports are those by Copperhead and Diamondback squadrons. Hmm...so what does this mean? GET YOUR REPORTS IN ASAP!

Also, I have extended my WC Report format comp an additional week for an easy medal unless of course no one wants it then simply don't do anything again for the enxt week and this comp will slowly fade away into nothingness and the awards will stay far away. My other comp is a recruiting comp and is waiting til the end of May to be resolved, so if you want another easy medal then go recruit! Details can be found in the comp section.

Lastly, and this is for Krayt, if anyone has any pilot files that need BSFing, send them along to me and I'll do it when I get home. Well that's it for this week have a great day~!.

Projects or Goals:

Working on getting better at doing this new job at the moment, all else is put aside until that time :(

Completed Projects of Goals:

Working on WTOD project (coming soon!) (25%) (on hold)

No real projects so none completed

Activity to do: I would like everyone to try and at least do one of the following every week. Fly one FREE mission or battle a week, write a small piece of fiction, make a graphic, add a new reply to the current squadron run-on or something for the squadron message board, create a new FREE mission or new battle for the compendium, last of all I want at the least is a report from you saying I'm alive, well and kicking.

Rewards: As all things come to an end, such as rewards for work accomplished. There were no medals posted this week, with none pending save the MSE ones, which I'm not sure if they were awarded or not, hopefully they will come soon. Just remember I will gladly get you a medal or promotion if you put forth the effort. I promise you I will if its within my power to get you these things. All you need to do is show me that your ready for it. Nuff said.
