General Information
As usual, you guys did a good job in making my leave all that much more enjoyable by giving me loads of mail and activity for my return! I’m happy to say that I’m pleased with the weeks outcome, despite the fact that I was relatively unexistant for most of the week.
In addition to some nice activity, we also have a few new pilots!! Everyone welcome CM Primeous and LT Maverick to Wing number 5!! With them, our Wing has now hit the number of 32, hurray!
Spring is scheduled in a few days! Its time for some spring cleaning…spring cleaning of AWOL pilots. I am now issuing a Wing Wide Awol Check (WWAC) for everyone, you are all to report in to your Commander in an e-mail As soon as possible (ASAP).
The Sovereign Squadron League (SSL) is beginning very shortly, as a Sovereign Squadron, you have to participate, there is no option of yes or no. Missions will be assigned shortly and let it begin! I’ve also heard that the Wing V elite Squadron is participating, good luck to them!
I’ve been looking at the Wing roster recently and I’ve noticed that our motto is kinda…well, it has nothing to do with our nickname…I’m open to any suggestions anybody has for a new motto, preferably something neat, original, that has something to do with the Hammer’s Hellfighters. Nothing about mumbo number 5.
I have spoken with GN Stele about a possible Wing Vs Wing comp against Wing II, I still have to get back to him, but expect some flight time soon gentlemen!
One of the battles I created about Wing V has been released by the Tactical Office, it is designated XvT TC 61 “Operation Cotton Candy” Go ahead and fly it, its about you guys!! I still have 2 more to come about Wing V aswell, they are currently under the beta-testing process.
The Sovereign standing orders have been revised, they were mailed to you and can be seen online somewhere... It is now mandatory to have a band for each Wing and Squadron, The Wing V band is Good Charlotte…cause I decided. The Squadrons get to pick whatever they want as a squadron rock band. And since Sadhe is the WC’s own, they can have a rapper instead.

To get promoted to LT, SLs must do one of the following tasks:
-Fly an EH Mission or Battle
-Create an INPR (Imperial Navy Personal Record)
-Participate in an Official EH Competition
-Help your Commander with the Squadron web page
-Create an Official EH mission or Battle and get it through TAC (that can take a while)
