A young Lieutenant comes over to where Captain silvori stands . "sir The shuttle has been delayed, I have new orders for you " Adren takes the Datapad from the him and quickly reads it.

Ok wing III, The wing commanders return has been delayed a few hours because of some simulator accident, she is clearing up on carida . She left slightly later than anticipated and she has requested i do the briefing , so please be seated.

In answer to the question i have been asked once or twice , the awards and medals will be dealt with by Aeishline when she returns . which will not be long.
So you medal hungry people will be appeased soon enough :P . The wing III competition i set up is on its final day today. So get it flown if you have not already and get it to your commander . I am pleased with beth who once again has 7 submissions :P go beth

The results will be send to CM Rety tomorrow and hopefully we will see some interesting Fiction and an interesting result from the wing War-game.

WEB SITE Criteria Released .

That's right the Web site criteria has been released that all Web sites in the EH must adhere to. Looking through the roster there is still a site or two missing, I wont name and shame as its not nice , you know who you are . All squadron commander's are required as part of the Job to have a Working squadron Home page . Get it done . You don't have to be the one who writes the code or hosts it , Remember you have the skills of 12 pilots at your disposal . Lets have Wing III looking good in all aspects .

The Criteria for the Web pages can be Found here :
http://www.ehnet.org/guidelines.php#tcguides

Virus Alert

Well i have received no virus alerts from the wing III egroup this week . Good work . I would remind every one to be vigilant though . as the klev virus is still doing the rounds on most of the EH Egroups this week.

Due to recent problems and complaints on our battle I've decided to order as follows:

  1. Destruction of EH ships listen in Fleet Manual is forbidden (unless FCHG or CAB)
  2. All EH vs EH battles are forbidden, unless some conditions met.
  3. FCHG/CAB battles, when we loose IW ship, must be approved by IWTAC, DB ship by SHW, and so on.
You can find more details here. This does not affect battles already released and those in beta queue

    SSSD SOVEREIGN LEAGUE
The big announcement from the flagship this week is that the SSSD Sovereign League 2003 will begin March 15! That's right -- one of the best competitions in the history of the Emperor's Hammer is being reborn. And this time it will not only include the usual TIE competition, but we're introducing XWA and XvT single-player divisions too! I have appointed LC Todbringer, a longtime Sovereign pilot and veteran of the previous Sovereign League seasons, to head up the competition. He will be assisted by MAJ Artys, another top veteran, and perhaps other pilots. They will handle the day-to-day operations and record keeping, and I will be on hand throughout to assist them and help resolve any problems or disputes. As in its previous incarnations, the Sovereign League will run through a regular season, with squadrons fighting for post-season playoff positions. Each round will last two weeks, with pilots flying assigned free missions. The surviving playoff teams will fly full battles in several rounds of elimination. The winning squadrons will receive many honors, and the winners of the individual top-gun contests will receive medals and much recognition. I'm also excited to announce that the Sovereign League will be open to all squadrons in the TIE Corps! The squadrons of the flagship will be proud to host fellow squadrons from throughout the corps that also desire to participate. Watch for the SSSD Sovereign League 2003 "Season Primer" memorandum within the next week or two. In the meantime, you all know what to do: Get ready to fly your flightsuits off!! :)

ENDING COMMENTS

I have none :) Aeishline is back this week . I am sure she will have orders for us all .
