Welcome everyone.
Finally I reinstalled OS, and now I look at you through beautiful colours of Win XP :P Hehe, well all problems sorted out, all came back to normal, my office works as usual ;)
I don't know why, cause of some bug in db or something else, but I don't get mails from it. Such as BSFs, medals, iwats confirmations, nothing, so this time I have nothing to put in those secions of report, cause I simply didn't get anything. :(
CMDRs, thank you for sending yours MSEs so fast and on time, would you believe that you all sent them within 48 hours? :) Perfect coordination, especially that we live in different time zones. Thanx guys and Phantom for yours work, you impressed me, to be honest. :)
FLs, here's a bit worst :P Well, I get few Flight Reports but not from every FL. CMDRs make sure that yours FLs write the weekly flight reports! I repeat it 3rd week. Next time if I don't get reports, we shall reconsider decisions about Wing XIV Flight Leaders. It's not easy position, you have to work and show that you deserved it. FLs are potential future commandig officers, you can't be lazy and do nothing. This is first responsible spot and you have to proove that you dersered it. Period.
As for Monthly Wing Evaluation, I'm going to write it today, Wil DS prepare for long lecture :P Just so you know that yours Wing Commander is not slacking around, my last MWE took me around 15 pages, and previous one (soon after SC) took me 29 pages. Yes, I'm not lazy, and if something is expected to be done, then it must me done. And when you're doing something, do it good, best as you can. No matter if this is a small or big thing. Just so you know, if you give much from yourself, you will get back as much as you did, every work is going to be rewarded.
Good to see that you take part in SSL comp, my congratulations to every Wing XIV Squadron qhich represent our Wing so great. Great work all!
News.
1. CM Tvan'Oris was promoted to the rank of CPT, and LT CrimsonFury was promoted to the rank of LCM. Congratulations for you both, well deserved.
2. I'm back and my PC is working smoothly and perfectly. :P
3. MWE coming out soon.
4. Blade has a great idea for wing wide comp, lets see how it will work out.
5. Few of inviduals mail to CMDRs were sent, not all yet, cause I had to reinstall OS, those who haven't get it yet, wait patiently. :P
6. ISD Subjugator COM was appointed and that is RA Khaen.
7. ISD Challange still without COM, apps are being still taken.
8. FA Brad - the SO of EH resigned from his position and retired from the EH.
