22 BSFs, down from 24, flown this week by CM Iceman, CM TK-7764, LCM Ache Nu,and Pete Mitchell. The cockpit junkey this week is Pete Mitchell, again, with a crushing 11 this week. The most ever flown was 14 in one week.

I'm tired of everyone complaining about the lack of recruits. We CANNOT continue to count on fresh blood entering this place. We need to just keep trudging along, and trying to make up for the lack of active members. Everytime a good pilot leaves, it hurts us more than ever, but it's our job to pick up the slack. I wont let this Wing, Ship, or Battlegroup fall to pieces, because people feel it's hopeless. Just keep doing what you're doing. If what you're doing is nothing, then that needs to change, and quick. As Tiger said, you wont even be considered for a promotion if you guys cant get your act together. I guess free medals (aka prestige) isn't enticing enough. Unfortunately, that's all we have to offer. We flag officers are tired of working for you guys, only to be disrespected when no one does our comps. I'm wondering if anyone is even still reading these reports. I suggest we end the viscious cycle of inactivity. We flag officers will continue to work, and you'll continue to have fun...repeat ad infinitum. We start now......
