Off to the next wing report, eleventh this time. This was a standard week for Wing IV, some submissions, few comps going on, few leaves and one pilot joining our ranks. Hmm, also, lately I have came to conclusion that it's about time to start the trivia competition. CPT Sarnok, let me know if you've prepared your questions. I would like to run the first trivia meeting next Friday as a test, to see how many participants will attend it. The second important thing, is the Wing IV news section during the TC meeting. The main problem is, I can't attend the meeting due to technical reasons. Because of this, I decided to appoint someone to handle this problem instead of me. For this weeks' meeting I have chosen LC Philo for this task. Philo, You know what to do: Just cut & paste the news, nothing more simple than this... Ok, now lets get down to the news.

LCM Dark Eagle has changed his name to Gandalf.
Yod Citation marathon continues. This round winner was CPT Red Fox.
COL Bilbo has moved from Cheth Squadron to Teth Squadron.
Congrats to Teth Squadron on placing first in SSL Round 1 - TIE Division. The division was totally dominated by them!
Cheth Squadron has taken 4th place in XWA division. Oustanding job!
Yod Squadron has taken 5th place in TIE division, 7th place in XvT division and 5th place in XWA division. Congrats on your results Yoders.

New pilot file naming convention. (Well, not new in here, I've been talking about this from some time now) From the TAC:
'It is rule already onboard few ship, but I am going to make it TC wide. All pilot files' names must consist your PIN. Especially when flying
for HSs. I give you 1 month to learn this rule. On may 1st, all HS BSFs without PIN in plt file will be rejected.'

Executive Order changes

Executive Orders 7 and 8 have been deactivated. #7 related to the requirement that all AD or higher promotion recommendations include the Executive Officer, as well as any GOE, IC, MoH or OoR recommendations. #8 covered the screening of CA appointees by the Executive Office and Flight Office.

Challenge COM Open To Applications

Following Mairin's removal from command applications are now being accepted for a new ISD Challenge COM. Applicants must be able to meet the following requirements:

- A successful tour as Squadron Commander & Wing Commander (in the TIE Corps) for no less than FOUR consecutive months for each position
- Intimate familiarity with all TC protocols and procedures
- No HCI convictions within the last two years
- Commitment to carry out the Commodore duties as detailed in the Training Manual
- You must also be able to look at long term plans for the Ship and the welfare of not only your Ship but also the Battlegroup and TIE Corps.

Applicants must have a quick email response time as well as being able to work with all levels of command, from regular Flight Members to the the Ship WC. Specific skills such as webpage design etc, are desirable. Applications should be sent to High Admiral Priyum and Vice Admiral Krax. The closing date for applications is 5th April and should have the subject "ChalCOM".
