News:

>>> I've created another new program (in addtition to my staff officer program which is still in effect). This involves the training of selected Lieutenants in Squadron Commanding.
In a week or two's time, the selected Lieutenant will unofficially be placed in command of a squad in XIX. Now, they are not replacing the current CMDR there, just acting in his place. The CMDR there will make sure the Lieutenant is doing everything right. They will write reports (and hand them into myself and the CMDR to put into the database), do transfers if necessary (not the real, he will go through the procedure, but the CMDR will actually do the transfer) and create competitions (that the CMDR can submit). This will give the Lieutenant a chance to get the feel for command before he actually gets it, and he can go into a real command without having doubts on anything.
...and so I don't have a wing being totally commanded by Lieutenants, not there will be no more than two CMDRs training at a time. During that week, the other two Lieutenants will be dealing with mock (fake for those who don't know) situations. This will train them to be CMDRs, and we'll see who the best are, it could turn out to be a competition between CMDRs and LT's...who could be the better Squad CMDR? Those who have been selected should reply to me a.s.a.p. so we can start organizing everthing.
>>>Recruit!! Recruiting cannot fall now, we have took such a large stride, we must continue to bring in pilots, do all that you can in getting pilots here. Rewards will be given for recruitment! For it is an essential part of XIX's future.
