1.- RA Frodo is on leave for 21 days, starting today. I am the A-COM until he returns. Technically, this really doesn't mean anything. But, if you have any questions, please direct them to me.
2.- Since my return, I have been scouring through my mail and have noticed that our numbers are continuing to grow. I would like to welcome LT Calista Fairbright and SL Shagan to the Intrepid. Let's keep up our efforts of helping our ships number growing.
3.- Just a reminder to Squad CMDR's, CoL recommendations are to be sent to me ASAP.

Commodore Promotions

I'm very pleased today to be able to honour two of the TIE Corps' best Flag Officers. Rear Admiral Indaro Gallia , COM of the ISD Colossus, and Rear Admiral Jahan Kalar, COM of the ISD Relentless, are both hereby promoted to the rank of Vice Admiral in recognition of the untiring support they give to their Ships and to the TIE Corps.
Myself and AD Krax hold both of these Officers in high regard and these promotions are very much deserved. Congrats guys!

The position of Wing XIII WC on the ISD Grey Wolf is now open to applications. Those wishing to apply should be able to meet the following requirements:
At least FOUR months experience as a Squadron Commander in the TIE Corps
No HCI convictions in the past 12 months
Familiarity with the online and offline aspects of X-Wing vs TIE Fighter
Be able to handle large amounts of email and admin within a short amount of time in an efficient manner
Be able to organise competitions / activity within the Wing and motivate those under your command
Be able to work in a mature attitude with all levels of command in the TIE Corps
Demonstrate that you have the drive and motivation to take command of a Wing and ensure it's growth and success
You may include up to 2 references from current or former superiors (get their permission first!). Applications should be sent to Admiral Darksaberand Vice Admiral Khadgar with the subject "Wing XIII WC" by Sunday 27th July.

Commendation of Loyalty Recommendations

The bi-annual awarding of the Commendation of Loyalty to members of the Emperor's Hammer who have displayed tremendous dedication to the Fleet is fast approaching. Details for the Tiecorps are listed below, refer to the Operations Office Report for other EH subgroups.
Each Squadron Commander can make recommendations to their Wing Commander who will choose three (3) members of their wing to receive the CoL and forward the names to their Commodore and Battlegroup Commodore. Each BGCOM may recommend up to three (3) more awards for their flag officers. The Battlegroup Commander will collate the awards for their battlegroup and forward the names (with pin numbers) to the Flight Officer (fo@emperorshammer.org) and myself (ops@emperorshammer.org).
Additionally, the Commander of each Elite Squadron may recommend one (1) of their members to receive the CoL. This should be sent directly to the Flight Officer and myself. Therefore the FO and I should only be receiving CoL recommendations from the Battlegroup Commanders and the Commanders of the Elite Squadrons.
All recommendations must be submitted to myself (and the Flight Officer) by the 19th of August. Late submissions will be rejected. If there are any questions, please ask and don't leave it until the last minute.

Competitions
Just a reminder, we are still in the middle of a ship wide competition.
Also, I would like to see more MP participation from all members of the Intrepid. Remember, nice shiny medals are awarded for every win.
Final Thoughts
During my absence, I am glad to see how much activity had taken place. I am very happy with all of you. However, as I stated above, I would like to see more participation in the MP aspect of the TC. There are plenty of chances for everyone to participate, either via WoW's or on #ehcoc. Once I get everything re-installed on my computer, I guarantee you'll be seeing more of me on #ehcoc. And the way I see it, if I can participate in MP events, so can you. So let's start thinking about that.
Also, let's keep up our recruiting efforts. The Intrepid is starting to come alive, again, with new recruits requesting assignments on the Intrepid. So let's not forget, that without everyone's efforts to recruit, the Intrepid will not be as great as she once was.
