A eventful week for Wing V, with 2 new CMDR`s (welcome COL Wet Willy & congrats to CPT BJ Morgan), alot of promotions a medal award and 2 IWATS courses passed. Well done to all and lets keep this going, we have the 50 members target to get:)
Also the departure of LC Wil Striker this week, a sad departure as he is home grown SOV talent & one of the Sadhe best pilots of all time under my command. A excellent CMDR goes to the ISD Intrepid to command Asp, we all thankyou Wil for your time and dedication to this Wing!!
Now i have assigned Colin & Skiny to serve drinks in Airlock#21 tonight as we all raise a glass to the new members, salute to old members & drink to the future of Wing V!

EH vs. NRN Results

In my first act as COO I've submitted the results for the EH vs. NRN war held last month. All in all I feel it was a fairly good contest, though we could have used a larger number of pilots flying. Here's a breakdown of the results:

As you can see, we got the victory by a fair margin in the area of matches won. However, the NRN put forward 9 more pilots than we did, and won in the areas of player win/loss ratio and kill/death ratio. This basically means that our wins were closer than our losses, and we lost many more 2v2s than we won.

With the resignation of Captain Kyle Katarn, the position of Tactical Coordinator (XWA) is opened for application. The requirements are as follows:
must have knowledge in XWA mission designing
must have passed the IWATS XWA mission design course (XAM)
must be able to manage a team of Tacticians and playtesters
must be able to answer emails within 24/48h
no HCI conviction
The job description for this auxiliary position is available in the Tactical Manual. Please include in your applications references to possible created XWA battles or free missions, or to some work done in the past for the Tactical Office. Any experience in team managing is also to be reported. Applications are to be sent to Fleet Admiral Striker and Lieutenant Colonel Marcin Szydlowski.

ORATORS OF AIRLOCK 21
Orator of the week:
::stumbles out of his office in his shredded uniform, holding his smoking
DL-44 blaster pistol, which is set on stun. Holding his pants so that they
don't fall down(my belt got lost under that dang Hutt), Jason stalks towards
MD's quarters.
Using his command override on the door, he walks in to see the LCM rolling
on the floor with hysterical laughter. Upon seeing CM Hunter, however, MD's
laughter turns into snickering...which then goes back to laughter after
seeing the condition of his uniform.
Leveling his blaster at MD, Jason fires a stun bolt into him. Hauling
Murkrow onto his cot(FLs don't get the best of beds), he then heads back to
his own office, with a stop at maintenance to borrow a heavy lifter.
Somehow managing to get the large Hutt onto the lifter, Jason whistles a
pointless little tune as he walks back to MD's quarters. Positioning the
Hutt-laden lifter, he pours some more of MD's "love potion" into Judilia's
huge mouth. After putting the bottle into the Hutt's hand, Jason then
closes a locks the door so that only he can open it again, and goes back to
his quarters to clean it up....and put on his flightsuit until he can get a
new uniform.
After getting his flightsuit on, he walks to MD's broom closet Flight II
office. Opening the door, he sees MD's stupid monkey playing XvT on the
computer terminal. Spotting the monkey's miniature TIE Defender close by,
Jason sets his blaster to 'kill' and shoots the little ship in the tiny ion
engines. He then closes the door and smiles evilly at the angry screams of
a money who just got "grounded"
Early the next morning, Jason is startled out of his sleep as he hears the
distinctive, piercing screams of Murkrow Defender...Hutt Lover.::

Now Wing V is becoming the grazing lands for Colonels. I think it's time to look for some of those fun rebel filled pastures. Besides, it might keep MD busy......

As most of teh members of wing V flood out of the cantina airlock 21, CM Face Loran stares into the bar trying to see what is going on. Seeing a few quik movements and ewok turds and silly string and fruit the CM sudenly realises what is going on and turns tail to run. As he runs around the main concourse he looks up to see 12 mini T/Ds flying around launching various prank weapons.as he continues to run one ship swoopes down and blast his face with it's EEC(ewok excrament cannon) and raps his legs in silly string so he falls over like vaders AT-ATs on hoth. Then MDs voice come on the intercome " Evry one, I want you to meat turd flinger squadron, my newest monkeys. and flinger CMDR, I have one order for you guys! FLY MY PRETYS FLY! Ahhhahahahahahahhahah AhhahahahahahahahahAAAAA!
