Wing V assembled at the orders of WC SickMan, he said he had news to tell of the Mascot outcome & other news.
The squadron lined up in orderly fashion and WC SickMan was at the front with his trusty side-kick Pip (The Imperial Dog) his assistant`s Skiny, Iggy & Colin
"Members of Wing V, first up, well done all on the continued growth and activity here in Wing V, with the new CMDR`s are in place and our member count to 40 and I am proud of you all for picking yourselves up and showing the rest of the fleet what you can do. If we all continue to better ourselves and bring glory to our Wing.........and most of all to have fun:) ,then we can hit that goal of 50 members by Jan. 1st 2002."

XWA ingame cheats

As noticed by Major Linkan and tested by myself, it looks like using the ingame unlimited ammo feature of XWA do not reduce your total of points, unlike the invulnerability feature. As nothing can prevent you to use this feature, and furthermore as nothing can be done to track the use of this feature, using the unlimited ammo feature within XWA to achieve high-scores is tolerated. I guess some had already noticed that trick and used it for high-score, now it will be fairer as it is made public.

There is going to be some delays in the operations of the Training Office over the next few days. This is because I've just recently purchased two new hard drives (40GB IBM, yum) and I'm transferring all the data off the old drives to the new ones. In addition, I'll have to reinstall all my applications, download others, etc. As such, competition approval and test marking may be delayed. Hopefully, my system will be up and running fully by Monday.

It will take place Thursdays from 3:00-5:00 PM EST, or 20-22 GMT. Matchmaking will be done in #EHCOC as with all combat events, but participants are encouraged to socialize in #ISD_Immortal, as the Immortal is hosting this competition.

2nd Polish Meeting

Most of you probably didn't know that we has meeting of Polish pilots last summer. Yes, we are going to do it again, but this time with better participation and an even bigger party. Just like last year, the meeting will take place near city of Bialystok. If you don't know where it is, check 200kms east from capital city of Warsaw. The location is in a great summer house among the woods. Swimming pool included! :)
I am going to organize it again, but time a bit later. Let's say around 10th of the July 2002. If you would like to join us, just e-mail. If you need more information, do it too. Last summer we had 10 participating EH Pilots and I want to see more next year!

Well, I've been reading some of the more recent mail from this group, and with the exception of the rather serious mails from COL Gen(I'm behind you, man) I've come to realize my wingmates are a bunch of half-mad yahoos. I think I'm gonna fit in great around here. I was always a bit of a joker on the Colossus until things started to go south and nobody wanted to hear from Mr Sunshine over in Nu.
Now that I have your address you can be quite certain that I'll just shoot my mouth off at anytime in a very silly fashion. I kinda like to keep things light-hearted, so I'm sure that in time you'll come to find my offbeat personality a bit endearing...or not, who knows. Ah, did I also mention that I'm long-winded?
I musta forgot to mention that on my CMDR app when I sent it off to Sickman last week. I listed my good quailities, but failed to list things like silly, long-winded, ranting, babbling, crazy CPT-type guy!!!! MWA HA HA HA HA!!! ALL YOUR TOPICA ADDRESS ARE BELONG ME!!!!! BWA HA HA!!!!

After restructuring his 'pets' Corsair strolls over to the unveiling of Wing
V's new mascot. Sitting down, he notices that MD is there as well, so he
goes over to talk about how to get CM Hunter to restart the competition in
the Sadhe Squadron. A few minutes later Col Sickman comes to the podium
followed closely behind by Iggy and Pip. Col Sickman begins his speech and
a few minutes later unveils a 10ft tall metal Eagle as our new mascot.
After the chatter quiets down, Sickman asks if there is any other business
to be taken care of... and LCM Corsair says before everyone leaves, "Sir, I
think I do."
Walking over towards where a bunch of gigantic boxes are, Corsair pushes a
few buttons and the lids of the boxes blow off. Engaging their
mini-engines, one SSSD, two SSDs, and six ISDs lift off to the surprise of
Wing V. Sir, the SSSD is named for my first wing leader, and the SSDs are
named for my squadron leaders... and the rest are named for the various
squadron leaders in the wing. Oh yeah, I have also relocated all of the
ferrets to the 1st Shock Troopers, and they are completely filled with the
Obelisk order, to replace the Sith ferrets, I found that Sith squirrels are
better fighter pilots than them. That's all from me.
