>A great week for Wing XX:
>Our two current Wing Competitions are in full swing. I would like to see more pilots flying in the "King of the Wing" comp. There are many medals to win in this one and its in its third week. Congrats to CPT Angel on winning the second week of the competition. Deadline for week 3 submissions are tomorrow the 26th!
>We have a new member this week, I would like to welcome LC Death! Unfortunately we have had two pilots AWOL and three have gone to the reserves. So this pretty much leaves only the active pilots. We stand at 23 members. There have been many promotions this week, you'll view the recipients below :)
>A special congrats to my friend Jeff "Tiger" Loris, he was promoted to Vice Admiral this week! I would like someone to submit to me a competition idea, I need it in by Oct 30th :) -*A reminder to Squadron CMDRs, please remember to CC your weekly reports to the Flight Office and to upload your reports to the TC database. One more reminder that I need to have your weekly SoM points in your reports so I have an idea of were each squadron is and of course I need the monthly total at the first report of the new month..thank you :) *-

>New Wing Positions: I have created two new Wing positions, the first is an Executive Officer - CPT Grail and a Wing Roll Master - LCM Daviriv Rracall. The XO will mostly be like my assistant, Wing members may email him questions concerning the Wing in general and anything about the TIE Corps; policies, manuals, etc. Setting up Wing meetings and if possible running the meeting. If the XO is not there then of course I will run the meeting :) Wing Roll Master will be in charge of making sure the Flying competitions are running smoothly and sending out comp updates to the Wing members. RM is also in charge of updating the Wing XX egroups. Note that these duties are not official as of yet, I still have to have a discussion with the XO and RM to sort out details.
>Every month I will be using competitions ideas from members of the Wing. The author of the chosen competition will have to be the Roll master and run the competition. I will of course launch the competitions in Wing announcements and reports. An ISM will be awarded to the chosen pilot after the competition is over. No matter how many comp ideas I have submitted to me I will get them put out according to which ever was submitted first. Just be patient, I will get to yours in turn. :)

TOTAL BSF's SUBMITTED = 359 (54 BSF's approved this this week!) BSF recognition to LCM Ace, LCM DeathKnight, LT Phoenix Man, GN Smitrock, LCM Ache Nu and CPT Angel.
TOTAL IWATS COMPLETED = 94 (8 IWATS completed this week!)

Current Wing XX Competitions
Wing Competition: "King of the wing" Roll Master: LCM Rracall
Running Time: 5 Weeks Begins: 10/05/2001 Ends: 11/09/2001 Author: LCM Rracall
---->Summary: All Wing XX pilots will fly the a designated Free XvT Mission that week. The two highest scoring pilots will fly against each other. (A different free mission will be chosen and the two pilots will fly the same one). The winning pilot will go to the semifinals. This routine will continue for 4 weeks (NOTE: The winning pilot from each week will not fly until the semifinals). There will be one winner from each week to make four semifinalists all together. These four pilots will fly the same free mission and the highest score will win a IS-SW, the other 3 semifinalists will be awarded an IS-BW.
Send all plt files to the competitions Roll Master "LCM Rracall", CC your CMDR for activity notation/BSF? and CC me as well.

Wing Competition: "Personal Starfighter Report" Running Time: 3 Weeks Begins: 10/05/2001 Ends: 10/26/2001
I would like the report set up in an outline type format, kinda like a book report but on your Starfighter. Here are the following information bits I would like to see:
--Starfighters Name
--Ship Type
--Manufacturer
--Specifications
--Brief history of your Starfighter in paragraph form.
--Last but not least, please submit/attach a picture, graphic image of your Starfighter. It could just be from another site or you may get creative too :)
Note: It must be your Tie Corps Personal Starfighter from your profile.

>>>Ongoing Squadron of the Month competition. Please note that Squadron Reports of the 1st of September will have the final SoM point total and the winner will be announced for the previous month..
>>> The "PoM" award will be based on a pilots overall activity on the ISD Subjugator. It ranges from MP participation in Fleet wide competitions, Wing, Squadron and self recognition. Squadron Commanders, with your first report of the month along with your total "SoM" points please recommend the pilot in your Squadron worthy of "PoM". I will keep track of the Squadron CMDR's and announce it with the "SoM" as well. A few benefits from earning this award:
-A great accomplishment to add to future applications.
-A little medal I made special for you :)
-An ISM being that the Ops Office allows me to award it which there should be no problem.

Current Squadron of the Month winner is Nemesis Squadron (September).
Nemesis = 4105 "congrats!"
These scores don't only signify who the winner is but how much activity these Squadrons are generating. The activity is fantastic and will only get better. Wing XX is making its mark and it will get deeper and deeper. I would like Nemesis to post their SoM award on their site as well as the future winners. :)

The Pilot of the Month award for September goes to two members this Month: LT CrimsonAngel and CPT Carren.
-It was a very difficult decision for me. There was several pilots that shown fantastic activity and dedication this past month. Everyone that has participated in activity is a "PoM" in my book :)
