All I'll say here is that things have slowed way down. Activity is near a stand still. Mostly due to school I believe. But never the less, some good thing have come about. Daniel Klivian was promoted to CPT, Bizzare was promoted to LCM, and lets not leave out our newest from the dadaelus comes Robert who with in a day of arriving made LT, there were mondo medals pumped out again, so apprently somebody is doing something good , so congratz to all cadidates :)
Don't forget to fly for the Wing comp details are below. ECR phase 2 is completed, we managed to barely squeak out a measily 75%. I'm joking, thats actually great compared to what I thought it was gonna be. Aside form the fact that we had a tad bit of help. but not to fear that person is now part of us again, so welcome back LC Drake who becaomes a member of Iota, the only squadron he's not been apart of since hes been here. So good Luck Drake may Iota do justice for you.
Now I finish by saying get those drawing pencils ready, and get ready for Phase #3 of ECR, as its coming soon. I will send you the guidelines when they are put out, but just remember this. Since the start of ECR, everything we've had to do has had to be about IMP Storm. so with that in mind go to the site and try to put together a graphical picture made to that effect. Its not hard, even if you have to just throw an USD with a few fighter craft, and then put some words on it :) Basically just get a head start now, so we won't have to badger you about it later :P
Colossus Standing Orders
Standing Order #1: (RL) Real Life first!
Of course the first and foremost thing is RL. It is highly recommended to take all RL matters first and before all ship functions, unless you just don't care. I would like to enforce this order to all members. But please be reminded that you should inform your superiors of any situation so that we can count you on LOA, and don't forget to mark your profile stating your on Leave. Even if your only going to be on leave for 2 days, please mark your absence. This way if it takes longer than we know where you are and won't count you as MIA/AWOL.

Yes and we're running out of time, the comp ends on the 12th of October, so if your gonna fly for it then you better hurry. The battles to fly are as follows: XWA-TC #14, and TIE-TC #173. Even if you've done it do it again, but this time try harder to get the best score you possibly can. Cuz we're going up against a good Wing off the Sovereign, and we'll need the best scores to beat them. Everyone is free to fly it, but only the top 12, 6 for XWA and 6 for TIE will be the recorded scores for the total score for the ship. If you want detail of the comp then e-mail me, and I'll tell ya.
Lastly, like I said, if you want some easy medals, then go fly. I have in the past awarded, ISMs for flying 20+ missions, PCs for flying 40+ missions, and BSs for flying 80+ missions. So if your game then go fly, its not hard just takes a little of your time and patience. Medals for the past week will be awarded after I submit this report as i will be submitting them right after :P

Egroups
Chat is going real well, glad to see alot of members making it on-line to talk. A small reminder is we need to make sure that everyone is part of their egroups to ensure they get all mail sent to them. Just make sure you CC Mell on all communiqués. I don't want him being left out! Remember if you reply to this Wing Report then please only hit reply and send it to me, or hit reply and add the Colossus egroup addy at (ISD-Colossus@yahoogroups.com). I can't express this enough. Because if your reply is trivial then the others don't need to see it, as well as being personal. Thats why I send the mail this way.
IRC
This is becoming a better means of chat among our members. Things are going rather slowly lately, but on-line IRC they are getting better, really! But if you don't believe me then you'll just gave to stop by and see :P Make sure you use the undernet when you sign on, then go to Channel #isd_colossus. This is where you'll find the most talkative of the Wing :)

Woo Hoo! I finally made it and I've managed to get it straightened up as well. /me pats myself on the back for a job well done :) You should go there and check it out. I also managed to clear out all the riff raff so the board is a bit easier to navigate. It even has our ships picture there now. Thanks to alittle coding problem, which is now fixed. Everything is coming around for the better trust me..
Colossus Website
Absolut Vodka has actually made a few changes this week. Unfortunately the HGK site has been post poned until I get more time to upload it :P But for the CMDR's I've worked out some problems on two sides. First, is the recruit/cadet automailer. All CMDR's names, ranks, etc have been updated. However, a downside still, only the CMDR's are allowed to use it :P This will be changing soon.
Next, is the MSE Generator. Yes a wonderful thing these days. I have managed to make it to where virtually no
tags need to be used in the main activity listing. It auto adds the
tag whenever you hit enter to make another line entry. Cool huh:) also the look has changed drastically. You'll notice now that it is geared more for the individual pilot, where as before it was an ultimate mess :P But with all that being a learning experience, you'll find that its easier to navigate, and use thanks to your truely :)
It also keeps with in the SM/2 guideline so if your not sure what those are, then ya better head back over to the course and take a look. Also the hard copy format which gets sent to you is much better. I've actually had some cool comments on it :) Lastly, it is now the standard MSE issue. No other MSE's will be accpeted. If an MSE comes to the mail box and it wasn't done by the MSE Generator, it will not be accepted. It is and will be the standard document for all MSE's so guys Get used to it :)

Can ya believe it? Well looks like no one will get awarded an ISM this week. If an ISM sounds cool to you then we can hep you get an easy ISM. Just aply yourself for a few minutes of your day and do 4 IWATS courses for the week and you'll get one too! But they must be completed and passed within the reporting week or it doesn't count :P And CMDR's don't forget to try and atleast get those who you think will be promising Officers for the future to take the SM/2 course.

Okay here we are at the heart of the Wing. The thing we've all waited to see. Well maybe you don't want to see it this week :P as it is pretty poor. But just remember, don't cheat to get that high score, as it will put your career in danger, trust me. Now onto the overall stats for the Wing.

Over all I have to say congratulations to Pi Squadron, as they take the SOW (Squadron of the Week) award again. They did it by flying for: 9 BSF's and 51 missions. Outstanding showmanship good job guys! Lets see if they can keep it up until the end of the month ;) They kept a steady pace through out the week thus earning them the title of Squadron of the Week. Good job guys!
Top Squadron of the Month for September
Everyone congratulate Nu Squadron! They have topped the charts with an overall 208 missions for the month of September. The only ones who even came close was Eta closing in behind with 194 missions. Competition for squadron of the month was close, but in the end the victor was Nu. Good job!

Well there ya have it. Pi taking it again. They have an outstanding show already this month. But they better watch out since Eta is right on their heels coming in a close second. I do see a bit of competitiveness here which is good. I just hope in the coming weeks this will pick up even better. I want to see more fighting for the top honors. Will Pi hold on to it for the rest of the month? Stay tuned to the Colossus network, as it can only get better!
Miscellanous
One thing I need to mention, is that our very own Daniel Stephens is now our local Historian. He'll be neding some help to gather some good gouge for the Collie. So if you know of anything, then by all means get with him. If you wanna be part of the Colossus history, then get hoppin and do something great!
Lastly before I sign off. I won't be posting the Fleet news from TC.org mostly cuz I'm rather tired tonight and because I've put together alot of stuff in the last few days which has basically killed me for doing anything I want to do at home this past weekend. And with all the ECR stuff going on, me writing this report, and other factors, well, frankly there was just no rel time to add it.
