>>Greetings fine pilots and Flag Officers of the Avenger Task Force. I have in front of you the 19th Wing Report for Wing XX of the ISD Subjugator since its activation.
>Another awesome week for Wing XX:
>An incredible large amount of flying taking place this week, tons of BSF's, medals awarded and a few IWATS as well. We also have received 3 new members, I would like to welcome LT Alhan Creed, SL Marcus Caine and also welcome back COL EmpReach :)
>A reminder that the KIng of the Wing competition is in its 4th week. All Free XvT #16 plt files are due by tomorrow to LCM Rracall and I. Rracall will announce the two winners of #16 and they will have to fly #21 ASAP. Also I have launched a new Fiction competition that you all should have received via email. The details are also below under the competition section.
>I am doing several changes to the Wing web site and I should be done by tonight. It will be the same url but with a Interface change. The
>Wing XX members, please be sure to use the Wing 20 egroups. This egroups will be used for conversation purposes only in the Wing: suggestions, comments, questions or chat. >New Wing Positions: I have created two new Wing positions, the first is an Executive Officer - CPT Grail and a Wing Roll Master - LCM Daviriv Rracall. The XO will mostly be like my assistant, Wing members may email him questions concerning the Wing in general and anything about the TIE Corps; policies, manuals, etc. Setting up Wing meetings and if possible running the meeting. If the XO is not there then of course I will run the meeting :) The XO will also be in charge of reviewing the Squadron Homepages, making sure they have working links, "EH Policies/Disclaimers", etc. Wing Roll Master will be in charge of making sure the Flying competitions are running smoothly and sending out comp updates to the Wing members. RM is also in charge of updating the Wing XX egroups. Note that these duties are not official as of yet, I still have to have a discussion with the XO and RM to sort out details.
>Every month the Wing Roll Master and I will be using competitions ideas from members of the Wing. The author of the chosen competition will have to be the Roll master and run the competition. The Roll Master will of course launch the competitions via email and message board. ideas we have submitted to us we will get them put out according to which ever was submitted first. Just be patient, we will get to yours in turn. :)

TOTAL BSF's SUBMITTED = 420 (61 BSF's approved this this week!!!!) BSF recognition goes to LCM Ace, LCM DeathKnight, LT Phoenix Man, LCM Daviriv Rracall, LT Karrad Entar and CPT Angel, LT Alhana Creed, MAJ Grail SoulChaser and LT Diakonov.
TOTAL IWATS COMPLETED = 97 (3 IWATS completed this week!)

Current Wing XX Competitions
Wing Competition: "King of the wing" Roll Master: LCM Rracall
Running Time: 5 Weeks Begins: 10/05/2001 Ends: 11/09/2001 Author: LCM Rracall
---->Summary: All Wing XX pilots will fly the a designated Free XvT Mission that week. The two highest scoring pilots will fly against each other. (A different free mission will be chosen and the two pilots will fly the same one). The winning pilot will go to the semifinals. This routine will continue for 4 weeks (NOTE: The winning pilot from each week will not fly until the semifinals). There will be one winner from each week to make four semifinalists all together. These four pilots will fly the same free mission and the highest score will win a IS-SW, the other 3 semifinalists will be awarded an IS-BW.

The Battle of Endor - "TIE Corps Version"
Description:
We all know the horrible ending to Return of the Jedi but if you sit and think if the Emperor's Hammer TIE Corps was involved what might the outcome be? I would like you too write your own version of the Battle of Endor with the TIE Corps Fleet. I don't expect you to write in detail of all 4 Battlegroups specific actions but you must involve the Avenger Task Force. I would like this story to be at least 1 page long and with decent Grammar. I want you too brainstorm on this, change what ever original ROTJ details you want from individual dogfights to the Death Star tunnel run and the events after. Have fun with this!

>>> The "PoM" award will be based on a pilots overall activity on the ISD Subjugator. It ranges from MP participation in Fleet wide competitions, Wing, Squadron and self recognition. Squadron Commanders, with your first report of the month along with your total "SoM" points please recommend the pilot in your Squadron worthy of "PoM". I will keep track of the Squadron CMDR's and announce it with the "SoM" as well. A few benefits from earning this award:

--------SoM AWARD------
Squadron of the Month winner for October is Nemesis Squadron.
Nemesis SoM total for October was a whopping "14,475" Congrats! -Nemesis wins the SoM two months in a row, MAJ please make yourself another SoM plaque :P
These scores don't only signify who the winner is but how much activity these Squadrons are generating. The activity is fantastic and will only get better. Wing XX is making its mark and it will get deeper and deeper. I would like Nemesis to post their SoM award on their site as well as the future winners. :)

--------PoM AWARD------
The Pilot of the Month award for September goes to two members this Month:
LCM DeathKnight and LCM Ace
-Other runners up were MAJ Grail, LCM Rracall, LT Ache Nu, CPT Angel, LT Phoenix Man. DeathKnight and Ace have flown a combined FCHG total since the beginning of October of "459" with a large share of completed IWATS courses. Their activity helped Nemesis claim Squadron of the Month for October. I have a Wing XX medal for you both :)
-Always a tuff decision because everyone for me is a "PoM" and I'm honored to have you fine pilots in my Wing. :)

Thoughts from the Wing Commander
Well another fantastic week. Wing XX is as strong as ever now. Recruitment is still as always a priority, it would be great to get the final two squadrons open and at this rate it will be soon. The total Wing population right now is 26 and climbing. "Guided by Darkness, We shall prevail"
