Wing IV News:
1) The Sovereign Bombing Run Blowout is still on! All news can be found in theWar Room page on the SOV homepage located here. The first deadline for the first TIE mission is August 14th. That is only 2 days away and I only have a few submissions!! From what I've heard, the mission is not that difficult so there should be no excuse not to get the mission in!! Two weeks for one mission is more than enough time! Rememebr to send it to myself, cc your CMDR as well.
2) This week, Cheth CMDR CPT Evo Sarnok stepped down due to RL. We wish him the best of luck and hope that he will be able to return to the wing soon. I believe I have decided on the new Cheth CMDR, but will be running it by COM Proton to make sure.
3) As of today, I will be removing CPT Xander Drax from the position of Zayin CMDR and placing him in one of the empty FM spots in Zayin. As of now, DO NOT send in any applications. If I need them, I will send an e-mail out to everyone, so just hold on for now.
4) CSL2 news. Both Yod and Teth squadrons have made it past the round-robin stage, but sadly Lamed wasn't able to pull through but they still put up a valiant effort! Cheer on our remaining squadrons as the try and bring home the prize!
5) Yod and Kaph are currently in a competition, which shall end on Auugst 31st! Good luck to both squadrons! (in a completely biased opinion, go Yod :P)
6) I returned from my short leave this week with a nice little tan so yay for me :P Also, CMDR/COL Mini Minkus has returned from his forced leave. I can already hear the screaming and swearing from down the hall :P Welcome back Mini. Now kick your squad into gear.
7) I will be sending out the MWE today, but any medals shall not be rewarded until most likely the weekend, since the OPS is on levae, so don't worry, those who have been active have not been forgotten :)

3) Below is an announcement from the XO. I want you to read it and obey it, understood? If you have a problem with someone, you keep it to yourself or bring it to me.
In the last few weeks, we've seen a few very high profile HCI cases. The details of those cases are unimportant. What is important is the behaviour of other members in relation to those who have been tried and of the trials themselves. Behaviour such as bragging about someone being punished by the HCI or baiting those who have been tried or their friends/associates is not acceptable behaviour. Such acts show poor taste, a lack of maturity and a "sore loser" mentality where the person in question feels the need to stick in their boot to someone who is already on the ground. I've been through a trial and in itself, it's a bad experience. It's made even worse when your peers conduct themselves in this fashion. While I don't want to throw around threats, it looks like I'm left with little choice. Those found conducting themselves in the fashion I"ve outlined will be subjected to a one-month, EH-wide IRC ban. No questions, no appeals. This is your "warning". If you continue this sort of rubbish after that ban, it's trial time and then you will fully realise what the victim of your venom and mocking has gone through.
Treat other members as you yourself would want to be treated.
5) VA Drake has resigned from Battlegroups Commander. Applications ARE NOT being taken for his replacement.
