WING NEWS
- Slowly getting there...
- As some of you may have noticed, I wasn't exactly at my best last month. There are reasons for this which I won't go into here. It did prove a few things, namely how much work I need to put in. February's stats were barely a quarter of the activity levels of two months ago. Things are slowly improving once more. Things are getting done now, Medals are being awarded, BSF's are getting processed and pages are getting updated.
- Statistics Pages
- These have been given a major update since I discovered Pi's stats page was broken. This eventually meant re-writting the entire lot. It now looks the part. They will be getting several more updates over the course of the next few days, ready for the end of the month. [Statistics Page]
- Squadron League
- Another item to be fixed this week was the return of the Squadron League. Pi Squadron leading the way with back-to-back 4-0 victories. This weeks fixtures see Mu facing off against Iota, Eta squaring up against Omicron and Pi taking on Nu. Should be some good matches.
- Non-Flying Comps
- At the request of several members, I started making non-flying competitions from last month. However, last month only saw one submission from the entire ship. This month is not much better, the only fiction submission being from Admiral Mell... who isn't even aboard. There are loads of medals up for grabs in these easy competitions, I want to award them. It takes maybe half an hour to write a short story, the same to do a simple graphic and maybe an hour to make a simple mission. There is no excuses. Deadline for this is fast approaching at 31st March. I hope to have a few more submissions by then.. (hint hint)
- MSE's
- Admiral Mell has informed me that he expects the wing review in on the 5th of every month, That means you commanders need to make sure your MSE's are done and dusted by the 3rd at the very latest. Please, lets not have any hold ups this month..
- Database
- The Squadron Statistics pages are almost complete, there is a few niggling little things I have yet to add. They are now getting regular updates too which has led to competition amongst the squadrons... More on that later..
- REVIEWS
- None this Week...

- With a week to go, it looks like it's going to be a battle for 1-2 and 3-4. Omicron leading the way closely followed by Nu. Pi Squadron have been very quiet recently allowing Iota Squadron to creep up on them. Former Triple-champions Eta hold fifth spot and Mu remain rooted to the bottom of the table.

Mu Squadron 43 Nu Squadron 43 Pi Squadron 43 Omicron Squadron 43 Iota Squadron 43 Eta Squadron 43 WING TOTAL 43 Well there has been a lot of comings and goings in the past month or so it's taken me to write one of these. Hopefully this will become a more regular occurance on my part. - MEDALS
- Too many to count... :)
- PROMOTIONS
- Erm.. Yes..
NAME / E-MAIL CHANGES- Haven't seen any this week
SQUADRON SUMMARIES
- Mu Squadron
- New Commander in the face of Zept Leeartic from Eta Squadron. Same old problems. Dukimar is doing really well, others are too quiet. Get off the bottom of the table guys or else the wooden spoon is going to pay a visit..
- Nu Squadron
- Most improved squadron over the last month or so, Now challenging Omicron for the Squadron of the Month award. However, teamwork is essential if this is to be the case, you cannot rely on one person (Curtis) to do it all for you. Help him out!
- Pi Squadron
- Been kinda quiet lately. Okay Okay, You've had two 4-0 victories in the squadron league but your slipping in the Squadron of the Month Stakes. You've been second for four months running and if you're not careful, you could end that..
- Omicron Squadron - Squadron of the Week
- Excellent Teamwork, Communication and attitudes from all members of Omicron. However, with the imminent departure of Daniel Klivian, how will the lethal killing unit he's created react?... favourably lets hope..
- Iota Squadron
- New Commander Shadd is showing you all what to do. Pi Squadron's third place is well with range.. you can do it!!
- Eta Squadron
- All quiet on the western front eh? I know you guys are down in numbers but that didn't matter a couple of months ago. It's up to the flight leaders to show everyone else what to do. Lets hope the new guy does some real damage..
- MISCELLANEOUS
- Erm..
- This concludes the first report in a long while.. Hope you guys enjoyed it.
