greetings everyone. this week i was quite selfish - got in the cockpit after a loooong time. it was fun and has given some results - i just sent about 100 missions to Proton to submit (thank the heavens - not all of them FREEs :P). but of course now it's time for some paperwork. so - behold the Wing report!
WING NEWS:
- Minos.net is back and all sites should be operational by now.
- second round of Summer Patrol is in progress. nice to see some of you participating (damn it - i was too late to sign up for that!). good luck to you all.
- Ace started a JK2 competition. couple of people got interested. i hope it'll go smoothly. my JK2 is borken, but i suggest you pps to participate.

- "Draw your WC's portrait" competition is over. too bad only two submissions were made. oh well - you dont want medals, your loss :P. congratulations to former WC - Aeishline for winning the comp and to Pokemaster for 2nd place. ISes has been already handed out. congrats!
- Wing Commander's Protector comp has started July 1st. i remind you that it's an FCHG Race (next month will be different) - whoever gets most FCHG, wins IS-SW (of course there will be IS-BW for second place) and is allowed to add the ttle to his/her ID Line : Wing Commander's Protector - July 2003. of course those of you who cant gain FCHG can participate too - i'll count the points normally as if you had FCHG points. so dont waste your time- get moving. btw - in progress of this comp you can show your activity and get other awards too, of course :)
- SSL Playoffs have started! i urge you to participate - great
oportunity to show what your flying skills are. i dont have to say that it's a SOV-wide competitions and beatifyul shinny awards are waiting!

- bad thing has happened. due to recent HCI case on cheating, our ace - Zeth Durron has been found guilty. bad thing indeed.
he's been demoted, lost all awards and some more nasty things. i'm very sorry for you Zeth. i belive you didnt do it. but let this be a warning for you all - CHEATING IS INACCEPTABLE!!! current TAC - Marcin Szydlowski is very serious about that. and i agree with him - we should fly for fun, not gain FCHG and High Scores by all cost, you can see what's the danger! also i'd like to praise Zeth Durron, who fiercly decided not to get down on his tragedy and is staying in EH! brave decision. by that action you've shown great determination and loyality to the TIE Corps. it will not be forgotten! i remember many pathetic pilots who left after conviction. you are a great example for all. i have confidence that you'll regain what you have lost in no-time. pride and honour!
- i've just set another competition for the Wing. it hasnt been approved yet, but i hope it will be soon. so get resdy. recently i thought i might try my mission creation skills. that's why i'd like you all to write a plotline for the battle about your former WC - COL Aeishline Strathaven retirement. make it whatever you like. i'll pick the best one and create a battle based on that plotline. i'd be glad to get platform suggestions to - i can make it TIE/XvT or XWA battle. i set the deadline to August 8th. of course winner would get IS-SR and runner-up - IS-BR. i invite everyone for participation in that comp. honour your former WC!!! i'll let you know once the comp is approved.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
- crucial thing is recruitment! do your best in getting people to the Wing. CTs are waiting for YOUR mail!
- CMDRs, remember that you can entertain your pilots by creating competitions for your squadron. dont wait for me setting Wing-wide comps. i'm not the oracle.
- take part in competitions currently going on. i think there are many oportunities to earn medals and glory!
- it's summer time - dont get yourself overloaded with TC issues - take a walk, go to the mountains etc. but dont forget to inform your CMDR about the leave and remember to tell when you'll be back. CMDRs - you have to notify me and pick A-CMDR.
- CMDR!!! MSE TIME! i got most of them but there are some still missing. send MSEin asap, so i can take care of them and grade your activity. FMs/FLs - make your CMDR write it!

Avenger Recruitment Competition

Have you ever thought you had what it takes to be an Avenger? Now's your chance to prove it! The first-ever Avenger pilot recruitment competition will begin July 7th. Open to both XvT and XWA divisions, this will pit the best MP pilots in the fleet against each other to win invitations to join the best. This is open to all pilots in the EH. IS-GWs will be awarded to top pilots in each division, IS-SW to 2nd place, and IS-BW to 3rd. The top finishers in each division, if not in Avenger already, >:P, will be invited to join. You do not have to accept the invitation to win the medals or participate.
There will be a round-robin to determine the top 8 finishers in each division, which will then battle double elimination to determine the top guns in each division! Enter by emailing eggpine@hotmail.com and letting me know what division you wish to enter. You may enter in both divisions if you wish. Enter by July 5th, and first-round matches will go out July 7th. Good luck to all!

Emperor's Hammer Mission Compendium hits 3000 missions online!!!

I have been waiting for this moment for a very long time. And now, my dream came true. 10 minutes ago, I have added 3000th mission to our mission compendium, and we have achieved another great milestone: 3000 missions online. Since I took over the TAC, I have set TAC3K as my primary objective. And, after 6 months, I have finally achieved it. Of course it would not be possible without hard work and dedication of entire Tactical Staff, and Tactical Officers before me. I would like to thank the following people:
